Horrible

Couldn’t even get into the property. Outside surroundings not properly depicted in the listing. Have been trying to get a refund because I never even opened the door, but no luck yet.

Cute, cozy.

Upon arrival looking at the entire property, it does look kind of sketchy and obtaining keys was a new experience, but once you open those doors you can tell that someone put love and attention into decorating this little studio. The only complaints we had when turning the heat or ac on full blast it would shoot dust "chunks" out and make a mess all over the sink and counter. Could be fixed by ensuring the cleaning company cleans the filter on the unit. Neighbors can also be kind of noisy. I tried to be true to my rating but overall was worth the stay.

Do not use Vacasa BEWARE!!!

My reservation was transferred to Vacasa Management. Upon arrival at the property, I was unable to get in. There was no lock box, just a keypad that did not unlock with the code given. It was also located in a seedy area. I drive around the block 5 tubes trying to find it, then it was in an alley. Upon calling customer service, I was on good for 20 minutes before speaking to anyone. Customer service was very rude. I also communicated through text and they were already rude. I asked for a refund and still haven't received it after a week.
