The kitchen could use a better assortment of pots and pans and oven pan. There was no scrubby or wash cloth in the kitchen, and the drying towel could not dry the dishes. There was a great deal of dust on the light above the kitchen, and the outside of the toilet was dirty. Also the oven knob didn't work and the bbq grill ignitor didn't work.

HORRIFYING. So abusive. she is a flaming lunatic.

I came to Phoenix for medical, I was having hard time walking, my balance was off and my arm was broken. Don't stay here. There are better places. No privacy. There are cameras all around every bit of the house. I wouldn't be surprised if they are on the inside as well. . If she has to have that many cameras than this is a dangerous neighborhood.. i had an extended stay and was expecting medical deliveries. I was checking packages that were outside for my name and guy on end yells out from intercom, get away from those packages. I told the owner, and she immediately goes into a rant about how a package had been taken before and maybe he didn't know that i was staying there. No, he knew, cause he saw me outside washing my car when he was outside. She said later that he would apologize but he never did. I asked for receipt and i was bounced back and forth between her and vrbo. She said they had to do that and vrbo said she had to,. She is very rude, always coming up with excuse for what she does or doesn't do. right off the bat. I think she sits by those cameras at her house.She spoke to me from those cameras as i was going inside. I'm pretty sure she sits there by those cameras and watches. I am the best tenant she has ever had. Quite, no noise and i don't bother anyone. I even took garbage can down to road cause no one was doing it. Dogs barking all day and night. One of the neighbors told me she puts up her own good reviews.

Perfect alternative to hotel room

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great size for two. We used it as a home base during a conference. It is small but the kitchen and living area in addition to the bedroom were just enough to relax after the day's activities. There are some nice amenities, but not all were working or easy to figure out. The water filter quit working and the water was scalding hot, so had to be careful with the sink and shower. Otherwise, a great comfortable stay.

very small, but just what we needed. The owner get back to us very quickly on all communication. Be sure to check the code with the owner. check the wifi password with the information located in the unit. thank you.

It was everything we needed at a very affordable rate!

This is a lovely space and had everything we needed. I stayed here with my daughter and we both enjoyed the proximity to everything we wanted to explore. The host responded very promptly to my questions every time. I would definitely return!

Cute. Needs some deep cleaning and maintenance

Ceiling fan in bedroom was filthy along with the filters in air conditioners. My husband and I did some light cleaning on the filters. They were full of dust and etc. toilet paper holder needs to be replaced. Need new ice cube tray. But we loved the Vrbo. Great location near friends.

Problems with locating unit and security

Had challenges finding the proper unit with given instructions, but more concerning was when I stayed one night somewhere else and returned late the next night to find a Mexican couple taking up residence in my unit. Mortifying for both of us and giving serious concern that both units have the same security. Not cool.. would have given a four out of five, but definitely not after that experience..

Super awesome place to be for a honeymoon

Relaxed on the first night, saw our best comedian Joe koy the second night, kicked ass on the billiard table at the Bull Shotters. The third night we took a dinner cruise at Pleasant Lake. On the fourth night enjoyed your pool a bit more. It was 90° every day early November and Portland it was 45. We just got home with the tan and lots of good memories. Thank you!!!

Cute and Cozy Spot

This property was just as the listing states. Very comfy and cozy and smelled so clean as soon as we opened the front door! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash were all plentiful. Checkin process was easy. Lots of things in the kitchen for your stay and even a small table to eat and have some coffee! Location was great and not having to park on the street was a plus. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.
