If the weather is mild outside, why not take refreshments out to the balcony and enjoy the fresh air? A ceiling fan in each bedroom will help keep everyone comfortable. Walk one block from the townhouse and you'll be able to access the shared pool and hot tub available to guests. This home is built for unwinding after an adventure - come on in!

Guests can drive or walk just one-third of a mile over to South Main Street, where local restaurants and businesses line the streets for guests to visit. The townhouse is also incredibly close to both Peak 8 and Peak 9 - the BreckConnect Gondola is only one-and-one-third mile away. Breckenridge Ski Resort is just over two miles from the townhouse if you're looking to start at the hub. If the lake sounds like a fun detour during your stay, Dillon Reservoir is just under 13 miles from the townhouse.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
