Location is everything — and this place has that and so much more! It’s an easy walk to the Peak 9 base area and downtown Breckenridge, and the free shuttle stop just across the street will whisk you to the gondola. You’ll love the private hot tub, too. This stylish townhome will be a hit with everyone in your group!

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, townhome is perfect for up to six guests, and with three bedroom-suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for multiple families or couples. The living area has vaulted ceilings and wonderful natural light, a large Smart TV, a gas fireplace and comfy leather couches; it’s perfect for relaxing and trading stories about the day on the slopes! Just off the living area is a deck with your own private hot tub.

The kitchen features large granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and the gear you’ll need to whip up meals and snacks when you’re not enjoying Breck’s numerous dining choices. The dining table seats 6 and there’s room for four at the counter. Other amenities in the home include a desk/work area with a monitor, a washer/dryer, and parking for two vehicles.

The property was in a great location! Walkable to everything we wanted to do. The fireplace wasn’t working and the property manager responded promptly and it was fixed within a few hours. I would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful and clean. The garage is spacious by Breckenridge standards and easily handled our BMW SUV. The location is perfect and was less than a 5 min walk from downtown. We can't say enough about the entire staff at Summit Mountain Rentals. This is our third time to rent with them and they are wonderful. Check in/out was easy. They stayed in regular contact with us during our two week stay and they always responded quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property.

Each couple had their own bathroom and bedroom. Plus the living space provided enough room for all, the hot tub was perfect. All the beds, bathrooms, and showers were excellent. We even found the kitchen utensils to be extraordinary. They had everything. A very easy walk to town. Everything was very clean and we would stay here again. Also, Summit Rentals responded to all our questions quickly. Which we appreciated.

Great Town Home/Perfect Location

This rental had a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room furniture which was perfect for family time. The beds were comfortable (all the beds had adjustable mattresses) and each room had its own bathroom. The town homes’s location was perfect, Just a quick walk away from all the shops. The gondola was within walking distance also. We had a wonderful visit and we would definitely rent this unit again.

This was a very nice property for our summer mountain vacation. Just as advertised, great location in Breckinridge, very nice living room, kitchen and bedrooms. We used the hot tub every day before and after our adventures.

This place is really gorgeous! So well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. (Other than having only 1 bath towel per person) We loved the location, a 2 min. walk to Main Street and 1 min. to the neighborhood pool. The hot tub was a huge hit. Appliances were great. We did have a faulty remote control, but were promptly brought a replacement. Communication was very good throughout our stay and the requests for leaving very simple - just take out the trash and load up the dishwasher. I’d choose this lovely place again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay

A great townhome with a great location. It had everything that we needed and the management was very responsive to questions. The living room does get really hot in the afternoons! We did find some fans downstairs but it was a little late as it was the morning we were leaving.
