This condo's perfect ski in location is right downtown and walking distance to the gondola. Ski/Ride back on the 4O'clock run to the condo at the end of the day and get ready for your time in town. Just a block to Main St. Breckenridge! This spacious 3 bedroom condo sleeps 10 on all brand new mattresses! All new King, Queen, Twin over Full Bunk, a twin bed and a pull out sofa will have you ready for your mountain adventures! Plenty of space for a big group of friends or family! This complex has two hout tubs year round and a pool that's open most of the year (spring to fall). A community grill outside and parking for one vehilce make this a perfect downtown spot! The condo also has an in unit washer and dryer or coin operated community facilites as well.
This updated and recently remodeled condo is in the most convenient location in Breckenridge! Brand new carpet, paint, countertops, are just some of the upgrades! Enjoy new beds, sofas, and furnishings in this centrally located and modern 3 bed 3 bath. Enjoy the community pool/hot tub and relax! Located in the heart of Breck you can walk anywhere.
One parking spot in the garage, and elevator service to your door allow you to make the most of your trip. The gondola is a short walk away or take the bus that stops right outside to the resort or anywhere in town! A ski locker outside your door is an awesome amenity as well. Have a really large group? StayLTD manages 7 condos in this complex and can put you right next to eachother or in an adjacent buidling for a great corporate or large family retreat!
This property, and all Stay Living the Dream properties, is equipped with "contact free self check-in and check-out." You will be emailed a secure code for accessing the property ensuring your property is clean, sanitized beyond the CDC guidelines, and safe for your stay. All StayLTD properties are professionally deep cleaned and sanitized between guests. We also provide sanitizer under the kitchen sink for you to disinfect during your stay and before check out.

Lovely place & location

Stayed here with 2 elderly aunts and 2 more adults. Lots of hang out space, clean spaces and super easy access into town or gondola. While we didn’t cook anything, kitchen was fully equipped. Two thumbs up!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. There was lots of space and we loved the proximity to Breck. Our host was very responsive and quickly answered any questions. Feeling joyful and blessed after this great trip!

Perfect Location!

We loved how close it was to get to Main St. for shopping and food. Jumping on a shuttle to get to lifts was super easy too! This property is all about location!

Girls Trip for the WIN in Breck!

This space was amazing for our annual girls trip! The location was perfect for hiking, cooking, chatting, hot tubbing and Octoberfest shenanigans! Plenty of comfortable space for all of us. I especially loved the kitchen table for playing games with wine and snacks with open windows for the mountain air and gorgeous views!

Steven I’m glad you enjoyed the stay. The fridge wasn’t intact broken. Your failure to follow instructions and leave the fridge and freezer at the appropriate settings resulted in the appliance freezing up. We unplugged it for a couple hours while we cleaned and everything was just fine for the next guest. Your haste in your one night stay created your own issue. We’ve had several guests since with no issues and no repairs needed. I brought out an appliance tech and they confirmed you set the freezer to -20 and that’s what caused your issues. Please follow our nstructions next time.

Beautiful Property in the Perfect Place

Fantastic property and the host is super cool. Great communications and excellent directions for everything. Sadly, we only had one night here, but the property is very nice and could not be in a better location. Well kept and easy access to everything. An overall perfect experience!

Great option for family vacation!

We had to families of 4 in this condo and it was great! The condo was stocked well with all kitchen items, blankets, games, etc. The loft was perfect for 4 kids to have their own space. The 4 O'clock run ends very close to the condo as well so it was perfect to end a day of skiing. A 5 min walk to main street was the ideal for evening walks to dinner. Brett (the owner) was timely in answering emails and helping with any questions we had! I highly recommend this rental!

Good location relative to town, a bit of a walk to skiing

Overall this was a good stay - it's a large space within quick walking distance of the town. The hot tub was nice and the space is comfortable. You have to walk a bit to get to a shuttle or the gondola to get to the lifts, but it's not so bad. With that being said, I wouldn't call this ski in ski out.

Glad you enjoyed the stay Austin and the location. As our discription and listing detail states, the condo is ski in and walk to the Gondola, it's a short 5 min walk.

Overall great stay. Lots of little perks that shows that the owners care about the property and your experience. Comfortable furniture and kitchen was new and well appointed. Very well thought out to accommodate skiers/snow boarders. Easy parking and plenty of linens/towels. Very clean. Thanks!

Weekend getaway

Great property close to town. If you want to walk to dinner you can! The listing was accurate and everything was very clean. I’m definitely using this company next time I go to breck with a group. Only problem is I still haven’t received my security deposit back and it’s been a few weeks. Neither has a friend that also used this company.

Mollie, Thanks for staying with us. You ended up booking a couple rooms with us and left them a mess, checked out over an hour late and left us to clean up after your party. We held your deposits for the late check out and extra cleaning and we notified you of it as a result. Trying to call it out here is less than acceptable as a guest.

Great Ski Get Away

Great coms with owner. No issue finding the condo or getting in. Dedicated ski closet was awesome. It was nice to have covered parking as it snowed quite a bit on us. Kitchen set up was great. Lots of TVs with Roku systems. Overall a great experience. My daughter thinks she left an expensive headset under the bed in the first bedroom to the left. Hasn’t heard if it was found or not. Hopefully we’ll get an answer soon. Thanks.

Nice place. Needs some attention

Nice but in need of maintenance concerns- master plugged, AC does not work well and none upstairs, no screens on window. Very limited in bath towels. No coffee, plastic bags etc. Only 1 parking pass which is very inconvenient based on how many the condo sleeps and the parking locations referred to are not free. We still enjoyed our stay and the location and ease of walking to Main Street, gondola was great!

Margaret, I'm sorry you seemed to not have ready anything about this condo or familarized yourself with Breckenridge at all. There's no AC at any condos in Breck, we're at almost 9,000ft so AC's don't work well and it's almost down to 40 degrees every night. You never reached out to ask about the towels that are located under sinks and hot tub towels located in the entry closet. We advertise this property with only one parking pass since that's all we're allotted by the HOA and is the case for all condos in this complex and is reitterated in signage througout the complex. I think you would have had a great time if you would have taken a moment to have your expectations in line and knew that we were going above and beyond to provide the best service and amenities at on of our condos. Please reach out next time and we'd be happy to answer any questions to solve any frustrations.

Great location

The location was great! Close to the gondola and Main Street. The Gondola is close but it is still a decent walk in ski boots. You have to take a pedestrian tunnel under the street so there are some stairs involved as well. I ended up wearing regular shoes and just paid for a locker at peak 8. You can ski in pretty easily to that little pedestrian underpass and walk a short distance back to the condo. You can’t actually ski up to it. We had some issues with the fire alarm during our stay and someone entered our rental while we were out without contacting us, so communication could be better from that standpoint. The rental was nicely decorated, clean, and stocked with all the kitchen necessities and we overall enjoyed our stay.

We were extremely disappointed on arrival, as we found ongoing construction in all common areas of the building. What that meant was that there was no safety light outside our door, the flooring, railings and elevator were covered with dust, and that dust was tracked into our unit each time we left and returned. The unit did not match the pictures online. The furniture was very worn, the kitchen had a missing cabinet door and drawers that had no pulls. The laundry room bi-fold door was a hazard, as it wouldn't stay on it's track. We did a good deal of cleaning up of the construction dust that had accumulated in the unit. The windows and horizontal services all required cleaning. We found food behind curtains on both levels. The dishwasher leaked water onto the kitchen floor during our first attempt at use. We notified the host of the leak, who dismissed it as user error, gaslighting us. He made no attempt to inspect or evaluate the leak, leaving us to hand wash dishes for the entire week.Had we known the building would be under construction during our stay, we would never have engaged in a contract for use. It was never disclosed to us. In general the host was unresponsive to our concerns and provided a poorly maintained unit. This is our first very disappointing VRBO experience.

We’re disappointed to read your review, as we work hard to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. The construction you referenced is being carried out by the building association and is completely outside of our control. While we regret the inconvenience, it does not reflect the upkeep or management of our unit itself. We did make it known in our automated prearrival email that work was going on all summer at the complex, you might have overlooked it since we had to re-send your check in info as well. Our team inspected the property after your stay and confirmed that the dishwasher operates properly when loaded and run as instructed, we did communicate we were trying to get an appliance tech out but there was just one day left in your week long stay to do so. We also addressed the minor maintenance items you mentioned, such as a missing cabinet pull, which was intended to allow the dishwasher to open, though these did not affect the functionality of the unit. We take cleanliness seriously and did not receive reports of the conditions you described from guests before or after your stay. That said, we’ve reinforced our cleaning procedures to ensure consistency. We regret that this was your impression of the property, but we also believe it is not a fair reflection of the experience we strive to provide or what most of our guests encounter as noted in the rest of our reviews.
