The family-friendly layout allows for everyone to escape to the balcony with a refreshment, and the private washer/dryer can take on everyone's gear in the meantime. Prepare homemade meals and snacks in the recently updated fully equipped kitchen, which can be enjoyed in the dining area or at the long breakfast bar. As part of your stay, you'll also have access to the complex's two indoor hot tubs. This condo is in an excellent location, just 20 yards from the Four O'Clock Run at Breckenridge Ski Resort (with ski-in access dependent on snow conditions). There are lots to help you relax here!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
