Ideally Located Condo in Downtown Breck w/ Private Balcony & Slope Views!

3-bed, 3-bath top-floor condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, queen bed, twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a twin trundle. Conveniently located just off Main Street, Breckenridge, this condo is steps from shopping, restaurants, festivities, and the lifts. Main Street Junction offers two communal hot tubs. Guests may also access the amenities at Main Street Station including an outdoor heated pool, additional hot tubs, full workout facility, ski rentals, lockers and free overnight ski storage, and the Pioneer Club lounge. Recently updated with a full kitchen remodel including new cabinets and new granite countertops, and a full unit repainting.

Upon entering this condo, you will first notice the spacious living room and the convenient open floor plan. A closet is conveniently located by the entrance for storage of your belongings while coming and going throughout the day. The vaulted ceilings offer an open feel, and there is a flatscreen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace, for your enjoyment. Ample seating and abundant natural light create the perfect space for gathering.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features new stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The private balcony is located just off the dining area and offers a private grill and incredible ski slope views.

The first of three full bathrooms is located just down the hall and has a shower/tub combination. This bathroom also provides a private entrance from the first guest bedroom, which features a twin-over-queen bunkbed, a twin trundle, and a flatscreen TV. The brand new, in-unit washer and dryer are located in the hallway just beyond this first guest bathroom. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

The first primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a bathtub and a walk-in shower with tile surround. All three bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

**Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** Our ultra-premium linens feature oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after every guest.

Great Location

Wonderful stay in Breck! Can’t ask for a better location that’s in walking distance to Main Street and the ski slopes. Really appreciated having access to the gym and other amenities. Would stay here again.

A good stay, but some short falls

Nice condo, with plenty of space and good location to town. Some minor issues were that there was an unnecessary additional mattress (not advertised in listing photos) that was too tall and impossible to get into, even for my wife who is 5’9”. When asking the rental company for help, they told us we could remove the lower mattress ourselves, which we couldn’t possibly lift & they told us they couldn’t provide a step stool (ended up needing to use the ottoman to get in and out of bed). Also found trash and glass in the living room and the baseboard of the dishwasher had fallen off. Parking - if you need to get a parking pass, the address listed doesn't bring you to the exact location and it isn’t very clear as the buildings aren’t labeled A,B or C. FYI - the building has Vacasa labeled on the front and you don't have to go all the way into town to get to it (one of the first buildings on the hill as you're walking into town.

Nice Property!

We had a great time in Breckenridge. Our condo was very spacious, and walking distance to Main Street, which was very convenient. Any issues we had were dealt with right away with the property management team, who was responsive.

The property is excellent and very pretty. The only bad thing was that the heating in the main room never worked and the worst thing is the terrible customer service at the property. We never had a response to resolve our needs and they always had a despotic attitude.

Great location although a bit loud along the road, cozy space but all bedrooms were very private and roomy. Nice walk to town. The late check in and early check out times are disappointing.

The parking situation is absolutely horrible. I could not get my car out of the garage for 3 days because of someone parking in their driveway, blocking my exit/entrance. The management company tried, I tried but until the other renter left I was trapped in my garage. Should have towed the car, but no one would do it. It ruined a good vacation.

Great Experience

Main Street Junction was a beautiful condo. We had plenty of room for all the adults and children. There were beds and bathrooms for each family. Beautiful view of the slopes from the deck. Getting rental equipment and accessing the slopes was easy. We had fun playing the games every evening. Easy walking distance to the main street where the restaurants and shops were located.

Not worth the money

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice, but a few things were not worth the expense. Fireplace was not working and there was no thermostat in one of the bedrooms causing extremes of heat and cold. Plus, my pickup didn’t fit in the garage and there was No parking permit for the common parking spots. I called the management company and was told that I had to drive to another location to pick up a parking pass so that I wouldn’t get towed. Dish washer also didn’t work. I would have expected better accommodations for the price I paid for this rental.

Christmas Ski Getaway

Everything was for the most part good. We were visiting Breckenridge for a ski vacation and imagine our disappointment after a long day of skiing to find out the fireplace didnt work. Also during the night a wire on chandelier snapped but management had it repaired the next day. Overall, location was convenient and unit was comfortable for our family.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building.
