We were impressed by the location of the condo â and it served our party of 5 very well. We were disappointed that the fireplace was not working and would have liked more modern TV equipment and function. After a great day of skiing, we wanted to watch a movie with the family but couldnât stream any movies!
Great location for 8 adults to enjoy a Breckenridge ski vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, made most meals at the house. Enjoyed the hot-tub and had easy access to the mountain. Great proximity to town, bus available as well ride sharing and a garage! Everything we could have asked for. Highly recommend.
Hot tub cold when we arrived. No TV remote (hidden ⊠we found it after hours). Emergency repair guy was helpful. Called main number at 11:00 a.m. No answer. Weird noises like an animal scratching/thumping the wall outside. Left message. They called back next day and apologized. I would probably stay there again, but be prepared to be patient.
The owners of this property made a "mistake" in dates and we were moved last minute from this property to another while we were en route. Great Western did a fair job locating a different property- had they not had one available we would have been out on the street. I would not rent from Pines 51 owners - this was very irresponsible and nearly ruined by 49th birthday with my family.
This house is very cute and housed all of our party with room to spare. The ski-in ski-out was perfect and just what we wanted.
We only had 1 issue with the garbage disposal not working for our entire stay. Property was emailed on the 2nd day, no response from them by the time we left. We alao and found trash under sone of the beds.
Overall we had an amazing time and would stay here again!
Great location, ski in/ski out works with a little uphill walk on the ski in. Living room and bedrooms are very nice except pull out bed on ground floor is not comfortable and room is cold. We have to call for a space heater which did the trick.
Good price for number of bedrooms, slightly dated, not truly ski in ski out to the house
There are 3 true bedrooms and the âdenâ is located in the basement by itself with a pull-out couch, bathroom, and doors. This wasnât entirely clear in the description. The house met all of our needs. The furnishings, carpet, and decorations are a little dated, which would be one of its few downsides.
The property is described as ski in ski out. You cannot, however, ski to and from the door of the house. Itâs about a 200-yard walk from the front door down the street and through a little path to get to 4 oâclock run. You then ski down, take off your skis, cross the street, and walk up to the Snowflake lift. When coming back, you ski to where you started and walk up the street to the house.
Peak Ski and Bike is located right across from the Snowflake lift making it a convenient place to get rentals. There is also a lift ticket office located right there as well for picking up lift tickets.
The hot-tub is large, with seating for 8 people, and located conveniently right outside the main level back doors.
It is about a 5-minute drive to town, and it would not be a very quick walk.
Other than the fact that it wasnât ski in ski out to the door like we expected and things were a little dated, this house was great for our group of eight. The price was pretty reasonable compared to similar properties we looked at making this a good option.
Minimal snow removal around the hot tub made it difficult to get in. Dishwasher did not work at all.
Reasonably good size for 8 people. It sleeps more on foldouts but they are in bad shape. Parking is a challenge all over Breck. Room for 1 in garage and squeezed 3 small in garage. Plan your driving.
