Los Pinos # A23 est un charmant lotissement de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains situé à quelques pas du télésiège Snowflake. Il dispose d'une cuisine complète, d'un coin repas spacieux, d'un lave-linge et d'un sèche-linge ainsi que d'un balcon offrant une vue panoramique sur la ville. Située à l'étage, la chambre principale possède des plafonds voûtés, une cheminée à gaz et un bain à remous, parfaits pour se détendre après une longue journée sur les pistes.

Entouré d'une pinède à quelques pâtés de maisons de la rue principale Breckenridge, le complexe Los Pinos Townhomes dispose d'un bain à remous sur place. Vous aurez également accès au clubhouse Upper Village, qui comprend des bains à remous et une piscine intérieure / extérieure chauffée.

Visit cut short due to water issue

Our last day the water was cut in the morning. My husband was IN the Shower. She had a head full of shampoo that had to rinse off with drinking water from the fridge. After many many calls to maintenance, they said the issue might be resolved by 4-5 pm.We wouldn’t risk spending another night with 8 people in an apartment with no water for showering, flushing the toilet or doing laundry. So we left. I told them I’m expecting a refund for that last night. Also: no frying pans, and the toaster doesn’t work. Also the drainage in the showers didn’t work very well. You’d finish your shower standing on a puddle.Ple

Worked fine for our family

Conveniently located near Snowflake lift, the layout of this condo works well with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms-the primary being upstairs with its own fireplace. A bit outdated, but everything functioned well. Generally clean, but some areas need better dusting, particularly when seen from the stairs. The sheets and towels were in good shape but comforter hadn’t been washed from previous use. Comfortable blankets found in the closet. Weirdly, picture hooks left in the wall in several places without pictures. Comes with access to The Village Pool, a 10 minute walk downhill, or suppose could take shuttle. Overall we had a lovely 5 day weekend with 3 adults and 2 teens. Beware of extremely long waits for dinner on a President’s weekend Saturday night- we ended up grabbing groceries at City Market instead. The skiing was excellent!

Nice condo but some issues...

While this condo unit was fine, there were some issues that could have been handled better… After checking in, we realized our check-in packet did not include instructions on how to access the unit. We never received the unit information email that included the combo to access it or the garage. We waited in the driveway with three kids in the snow for an hour for VRBO support to locate the unit combination. Part of the reason we booked this unit was for the rec center, which the advertisement said we had access to. Turns out the rec center was a 2 mile walk away, making it unusable for the kids. Also the hot tubs and pool were located that same 2 miles away which made it unrealistic to walk to or use. There was (we found out the day we were leaving) a small jacuzzi hidden on the property with no instructions as to how/where it was located. The information book in the unit which we had to rely on since we never received the unit packet email, had the incorrect wifi password so we had to contact the internet support people to give us access to that. The mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable, the shower head in the master bedroom hardly worked. And the mattress in the kids bunk bed rooms was awful and noisy and woke the kids up throughout the night. And while this last complaint is certainly minimal, it is worth mentioning that the kitchen in the unit, while adequate in terms of use, had zero necessities such as any kind of spice, salt pepper, sugar, nothing. Not a big deal for sure but maybe suggest that all customers please provide all their own food and spices/supplies as none will be available upon arrival.

First trip to Breck

I’ll start with some positive feedback. Great location as it’s short walk to lift across the street and shuttle is also very close. Great response from mgmt company. Beds were comfortable but bedding needs updating as it felt like sandpaper. Make sure to confirm address if checking in after hours, it’s not listed in confirmation email and took us an hour to find it after stopping several places. Place is cozy but pics make it look bigger and brighter. Pretty outdated decor and I would have expected a larger TV. No access to garage from unit, You have to walk outside to get to garage which is a pain when all ski gear is housed in garage to avoid walking up flight of stairs. Place seemed kinda dirty, cups were left on patio and pizza boxes in garage so I doubt it was cleaned fully. Inch thick of dust on master bedroom ceiling fan. No door in master bedroom bathroom which was odd, no privacy when using bathroom and hard to get ready without waking up partner with lights from bathroom. For the price I didn’t feel it was worth what we paid. Family stayed two doors down A11 and there’s was much nicer and updated. I would not stay in this unit again.

Nice but Needs a Few Upgrades

Great location. Plenty of comfortable seating in living and dining areas. Clean and garage with extra parking space was nice. Worst shower heads ever. Need more comfortable beds and pillows.

Family ski trip

The condo was in a good location and convenient to downtown. Having two parking spaces was a huge bonus. The master suite is wonderful and the rooms are nice. Kitchen is small but met our needs. Great to have a washer and dryer but you need to buy detergent. Our criticism is that the bedding and towels are cheap and rough and the family games and videos need to be updated.

Great place to stay!

A few friends and I stayed here for a mountain weekend of shopping and going out in Breck. Great location (12-minute walk to downtown or easy Uber). Cozy feel of the mountains with a little night life. And the check-in/check-out process was super easy. Would definitely recommend.

Great location

Perfect location for skiing. Short walk to snowflake chair. Less than 10min walk to Main Street. Hot tub located at far end of parking lot. Access to upper village pool (indoor/outdoor), open in the winter but super crowded with intoxicated skiers by 5pm. Small changing area there but it was cold...too cold for our kids although the pool is nicely heated. Condo was fairly clean as long as we didn’t look under the couches. No salt/pepper/cooking oil/etc. outfitted with cups/plates/utensils/cooking pots. Surprised by the gigantic bison head on the wall. Could be terrifying for small children. Overall a great stay. Location is everything.

A fantastic location for our ski vacation!

Los Piños was a terrific location for our long ski weekend. The ability to get to a ski lift was very easy and absolutely walkable from the condo. Walking into town and home was also very convenient. There were a few issues with the condo. Three of the four stove burners did not work. I was able to point this out to one of the property managers when he stopped by to deliver bedding that was also not included for the sofa bed. The upstairs shower definitely needs some mold attention. The lack of a door for the master bath is a bit odd. We were well aware of it when we booked, but still it odd. The heated floors throughout were great!. Would stay again!

Beautiful Area & Lodging

This was our first visit to the Breckinridge area. We couldn't have come at a better time. The weather was perfect. The Aspen trees were turning color and the mountains looked as if they were painted,"Breathtaking". Our lodging was wonderful. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean and we enjoyed the Jacuzzi located at the end of complex. If I could make one suggestion, I would fix the handles that open the windows and check all the screens to be sure they are properly installed. There were some knobs missing and screens that seem to be damaged. Outside of that everything was wonderful. Thank you and have a GREAT day!
