The cabin was in the best spot for everything! Only like a 10 minute drive to go anywhere. It was also really clean and very nice

Great place to get away!

I picked this property because I wanted to get away from the crowds and relax. The home is close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for quick day trips. However, it was far enough away to escape the major traffic. A local tipped me off to Elvira's nearby. It's a great place for breakfast and the food was amazing. We arrived at 8am and were immediately seated. The food truck park across the street was closed when we stayed, but we had no problems finding food. There is also a Dollar General right down the street for groceries. It's a smaller selection, but I didn't plan big meals in the cabin. We just needed snacks. We loved the property, amenities and the privacy. The cabin hot tub was nice at night under the stars and my daughter enjoyed the game room. The hot tub takes a few hours to heat so plan ahead. I took time to read and quietly meditate. There was an occasional noise from the gas station area, but nothing obnoxious. We didn't stay for the mountain view. We stayed to have fun playing in the cabin. It was perfect and just what we needed to keep us entertained. Overall, the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We didn't have any hiccups and the property management office was opened late to answer our questions about the area. Definitely a great vacation for us!

Well worth the money and conveniently located. Great communication and prompt responses. Kids LOVED it! Food Park across the street was icingnon the cake and gave an amazing home town welcome.

Nice cabin. Ok location

The cabin itself was nice. However, the cabin is only feet from the main road (Wears Valley) which has motorcycles revving and cars driving by into the night. Additionally, the UTV rental place is across the adjacent street. Lastly, the hot tube water level was very low and needed to be shocked because the water was murky and smelled.

Our trip

Over all it was a nice place to stay. The kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The pool was a couple miles down the road and we didn’t get a chance to use it but looked nice. We had to ask where it was but got an answer pretty quickly while we were there. (I did ask right when I reserved the place which wasnt answered so that got me worried but once we were there they replied right away) the stairs were a bit narrow and little steep upstairs but doable. There are stairs on the outside if needed if the indoor ones were too hard to climb . We didn’t need them. The beds were a bit hard, more so for the king. The door to the master room didn’t click closed. Which eventually would need fixed. It didn’t bother us but it May for others. The tv worked fine. There was a coke bottle left in the freezer but that wasn’t an issue we just tossed it. A couple ants which I see they have traps for. Again not a big issue. Acrossed the street was a food truck spot and a couple down the road as well. General dollar store not far away if supplies were needed as well. There was a few restaurants close by as well. Over all it was a nice trip.
