Come stay in our comfortable, quiet 2 bed, 2 bath, ground-floor condo in downtown Leavenworth. As part of the Icicle Village Resort you will have free access to: an outdoor pool, (The pool near the hotel is year round) hot tub (year round), sport court, covered picnic area, gym/exercise room, a playground, arcade/game room and yard games. Also enjoy the resort's mini-golf, spa, summer theater, restaurant, bar and bike rentals. Don't miss the optional event center for larger events or weddings.

Cozy up by the gas fireplace with a good book. Entertain yourself with streaming service access to Netflix, Disney Plus and Hulu. The open-concept great room offers a space for guests to gather, whether in the kitchen, playing a game, or watching a movie. The well-stocked kitchen is a great place to prepare meals. The master suite is private and comfortable with en suite bathroom, including jetted tub. Relax with a cup of coffee on the quaint patio in the morning or a bottle of wine on warm summer evenings.

Our Icicle Village Retreat is located in the quaint Bavarian-inspired village of Leavenworth Washington. We are within walking distance of Front street so you can enjoy all that Leavenworth has to offer during spring, summer, fall and winter. Front street is home to restaurants, breweries, tasting rooms, coffee shops, and a myriad of boutique shopping. Our condo is also right around the corner from a well stocked convenience store that can help you with any of those little items that you may have forgotten at home. Charging cables, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair brushes, beer, wine, coffee and small grocery items all within a 2 minute walk. A 5 minute drive east on highway 2 is a Safeway for complete grocery shopping options. We are also just down the street (Hwy 2) from a designated parking area for travel trailers and RVs. Situated between both the Icicle River and the Wenatchee River you will be staying near multiple launch areas for small water craft such as Kayaks, Canoes, Paddle Boards and river floating tubes. We are walking distance to 3 city parks and a 2 minute drive to the Leavenworth golf course (by car or by cart) that transforms into cross country skiing during the winter months. Leavenworth is also home to 116 trailheads that offer all variety of hikes, runs and walks. Eat, drink, explore and be merry in Leavenworth Washington.

Fancy Like

This condo is fancy like Walker Hayes describes in his song…luxury items made to feel homey and comfortable. Perfect place to relax and enjoy family dinners, game nights, or just watch a movie. Easy walk to town and lots of onsite entertainment.

This was our first family trip to Leavenworth, and this location was perfect! Immaculately clean, and comfortable. The kids were beyond excited to make the cookies provided. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect family getaway, easy access to town but the kids loved the pool and mini golf right at the resort. Cozy & comfortable, there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t stocked. Would love to return!

Hello and welcome! We are real estate professionals from Spokane, WA. recently celebrating our 20th year in the industry. The things we love most are family, food, art and nature. Much of our free time is spent in one of those four categories.

We have three children, and the majority of our time is spent at sporting events, recitals, play dates and the myriad of other activities they are involved in. Our oldest is attending the University of Washington, our middle is in high school, and our youngest is still in elementary. You can imagine how busy that keeps us!

We believe life is too short to not eat good food. Great places to eat and drink are not only wonderful in the moment but offer memories of your destination and the people you were with. Jess especially loves life through the food she gets to eat in special places.

From movies and music to paintings and literature, we also very much enjoy artistic expression. We watch the Star Wars movies in order (IV, V, VI then I, II, III) and no child watches a Harry Potter movie until they have read the book.

Lastly, we love this natural world we live in. We enjoy walks, hikes, skiing, and backpacking. In the last year alone, we visited 4 national parks in the northwest.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Leavenworth has been a part of our lives for almost as long as we have been together. We have spent many wonderful family vacations there over the years both as just a family unit and with some of our most wonderful friends. Originally, we would go to a family cabin north of town and then after that was sold, we found ourselves continuing to come back to Leavenworth over the years. When we were considering where to have a second home, Leavenworth quickly shot to the top of the list. It offered so many of the things we love. Great food, drink, and it is close to year-round outdoor activities for everyone.

This specific property checked so many of our boxes it just made sense. It was big enough for our family, had wonderful resort amenities that we could enjoy while visiting and was close enough for us to walk downtown and be immersed in the goings on of the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth. It was also far enough removed from the core of downtown that when we wanted to go home, we arrived at a quiet space un-disturbed by those same activities we love so much.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with the location of our Icicle Village Retreat. It is kind of like being in our own little Bavarian village tucked inside the Leavenworth Bavarian village. When we drive up, there is a feeling of having truly arrived at a retreat away from the rest of the world. The buildings around our home feel like visiting Switzerland and the mountains that surround us resemble being in the Alps.

It is also a plus that our family has so much we can do without even leaving Icicle Village. Swimming, hot tubbing, basketball, disc golf, mini-golf and even the resort restaurant, all just a couple minute walk at most, from our home. We of course do not spend all of our time at the resort that is right outside our door, however, it is kind of nice if some people just want to sit around and read a book that others can go get a round of golf in or play a game of horse on the basketball court.
