The ideal spot for family & friends, you will love this home away from home in Princeville.

This remarkable 2-bedroom, 2-bath, top floor vacation rental condo is located in building 5 and offers, 1,150-square-foot interior living space, boasts a relaxed island feel for 4 guests .

Here you get an amazing ocean view through its many windows and slider doors along with that refreshing tropical island breeze. The lanai gives you 180-degrees of coastline views which is ideal for both sunrises, sunsets and whale watching (winter only). As you awaken from to startup up your day of adventures you will be greeted by the calming northeastern ocean breezy skies, or watch the sun brighten your day. In the winter you may witness pods of migrating whales.

The fully furnished home includes a full kitchen, along with a washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy HDTV, free WiFi, free onsite parking and private access.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, which is sure to agree with you after your day of adventuring along the Napali coast or at one of the many beautiful sights that Kauai has to offer. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful linens, pillows and bed coverings.

Alii Kai 5303 is located near the Princeville Shopping Center, golf, and dining. The complex offers a pool, barbecue grill, and picnic area.

Beautiful! Comfortable! Would rent again!

Princeville is a great home base for the North Shore and Hanalei is just down the road.

Million Dollar Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow, what a view. We watched the whales and turtles almost everyday. The unit was a little outdated but the view completely made up for that detail. Location was great. Property was clean. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. We would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Kauai.

Wonderful ocean view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was just what we needed--ample space, a well-equipped kitchen, with ocean AND mountain views. Being able to see the water from the living space and both bedrooms made the stay complete. Our only wish was that the pool also featured a hot tub.
