Détendez-vous dans la confortable Hanalei Bay Villa 11 après une longue journ��e passée à explorer la majestueuse côte nord de Kauai. Parfaitement situ�� près de la rue Regis Princeville Resort. Admirez la vue sur l'océan et la montagne ou promenez-vous quelques minutes à pied des plages et des restaurants. La suite principale lumineuse et a��rée a un beau lit king size, une télévision, une salle de bain privée et son propre lanai (patio) surplombant la baie de Hanalei. La 2ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux confortables et une télévision.

3 nuits minimum, autre séjour minimum peut s'appliquer de façon saisonnière; Veuillez nous contacter pour des renseignements. Comme dans la plupart des maisons de Kauai, cette location de vacances n'est pas climatisée.

Great get away!

Spacious condo for 4 people. Wish the golf maintenance started a little later, but other than that it was a great place to spend your vacation! Very private and felt safe.

A home away from home.

Just waking up to the sights is well worth the money especially every morning, its just paradise. Looking down at the golfers try their best! The bay in the background. The birds come to say hello im the morning at the deck while you're having a cup of coffee. The geckos come in the afternoon. The breeze in the night. The starry night. The closeness to the beautiful hideaway beach(10 minutes incluing climb) a coupl of blocks to check out the spectacular sunsets. The list goes on and on. It's aa little pricey but worth it. If you can afford it you won't regret it. Would love to cone back soon!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in dire need of renovation. Oceanfront staff are non-responsive to customer needs. I’ve rented this villa many times over the years, but will hesitate to do so again. If I were the owner, I’d change the rental agency managing rentals for this property asap.

Beautiful view could use some upgrades

The view is specacular! Especially after the rain, waterfalls everywhere. Living furniture is looks unclean and uncomfortable. most of the blinds don't work. The ability to texted with management would be helpful. They don't respond or call back. Thank you for our stay

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. It will be even better when the 1Hotel (former St. Regis) is open which was closed for renovation when we were there. It's a great location for exploring the north shore and just hanging out. It's very close to Hanalei, Anini Beach, Kilauea, etc. It would be nice if some simple condiments like salt and pepper and sugar packets were provided. The condo was very clean and the managements website for booking was excellent. The daily updates of things going on the island was a nice touch. The pocket door on the upstairs bathroom could us a little work as it is hard to close.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for our honeymoon and this location was superb! Close to Hanalei bay, but still still felt secluded and quiet. You also cannot beat the view and it was amazing to wake up to everyday. Although this unit did not have AC, it is absolutely not a problem since the evenings are cool.

The accomodation was very clean, very comfortable bed, nice kitchen with good equipment, everything we needed was there, also beachtowels, sunshade and bodyboard! It was a once in a lifetime experience! We were more than happy and satisfied. The negative aspects were that the chickens made annoying noises during the night, so sleeping was always disturbed, because they were directly below the house in the trees! And the neighbourhood golfcourse was being mowed before 6 am! This was quite annoying! And the construction works nearby were also very noisy! This made sleeping quite hard!

I have been staying at this villa for over 10 years, and it has seen $0 CapEx expenditures by the owner. Time to put some money into it please. Dryer is not working at all.

It is unfortunate that there is not an outdoor hose or spigot to wash sand and mud off of feet and equipment before entering. I would also have liked to have indoor mats to wipe feet on since it frequently rains on the north shore. The kitchen could be better stocked with items such as oven mitts, trivets, etc. These are only minor complaints though since my family of 4 loved the house!

Unit is convenient to good walking, though beach access is challenging one way and dangerous the other. Condo has lots of beach toys, adequate kitchen facilities though the microwave is neolithic. Master bedroom has an excellent bed and furniture with lots closets. The living room couch was dirty. See the bay, jungle, and golf course. Master bedroom has an excellent bed and furniture, but living room couch was dirty and the dining room and patio chairs are very uncomfortable. Good smart TV but very poor directions on how to enable the various streaming abilities. Check in and check out process was very well done, though the lockbox can be somewhat cranky. The management crew was very good for any questions. Just bring lots of earplugs, since the roosters start crowing at 4:30 AM and they seem to love the area under the balcony of the condo. The overall quality of the unit, though very clean, was not up to the price of the unit.

A Stay in Paradise

The villa was absolutely amazing to stay in. Myself and 2 others stayed there for 5 weeks in April-May 2021 and found it to be the perfect home base for us. The rooms were sized well, the internet was reliable, there was a nice tv in the living room, the villa was clean, stocked with enough dishes and cookware for our needs, and was exactly as described. The view from the lanai was incredible and was a perfect place to have morning coffee. The neighborhood was nice and is close to Hanalei Bay. Every night it is peacefully quiet with the rain pattering against the immense foliage surrounding the area and the sounds of nature. This villa provided us with the perfect stay in paradise at a much needed time in our lives. We hope to be lucky enough to stay here again in the future. Mahalo Oceanfront Realty.

Great Experiance

The property was in great shape and well maintained. The dishwasher isn't secure to the counter and that was a minor inconvenience in that it wants to tip forward and is hard to load dishes. Aside from that everything was very much what we expected.
