Location was great and we loved the property. Walking trails around were great. Lots of supplies for the beach. Bring ear plugs bc the roosters wake up early!

Fantastic location

We truly loved our stay at this well appointed property in an exquisite location. The views of the mountains and the ocean from the balcony are exactly what you hope for when staying in Princeville. Easy access to Hanalei and we had everything we needed in the condo. We definitely plan to come back!

Great rental in Princeville

I would definitely recommend this condo unit. It was stocked with everything you could need, the bed was comfortable and the Princeville location was excellent for the places I wanted to explore. The cross breeze was lovely in the evenings, being so close to the ocean. The host was friendly, responsive and very helpful when I had something arise that interrupted my trip.

Loved it

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was central to Princeville and Hanalei. The condo was quiet, clean, and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Communication with the property manager Krisha was excellent. We had a great experience and would definitely return and recommend.

Amazing quality of condo. FYI aircon in the main room so rooms can get a little stuffy if don’t have fans blowing it back to the bedrooms but such a nice comfortable condo. Great garden view of mountains. Not much to do in the surrounding area but that’s true of all the condos here. 10-15 min to amazing beaches and town. Would stay again.

Turtle cove

This condo was perfect. We enjoyed the boogie boards and cooler. We stumbled upon turtle cove while on a hike down to see the sunset. I dint realize it was right behind our condo! We ventured into the cove and found 11 giant sea turtles.

Nothing but Amazing!

If I could move in indefinitely, I’d be back at the front door in a heart beat. The place itself was very nice. Clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed (and then some). The location was great as we like the north side of the island the best. Felt safe, beautiful grounds, pool was a quick walk. Loved waking up to the views off the lanai every morning and even caught a glimpse of some whales out of the dining room window. Hope to make it back to this very same spot again one day.

Great Condo Stay in Princeville

Our stay in Kauai at this Ali'i Kai condo was excellent. The unit is immaculate. It has wonderful views from the balcony facing the mountains above Hanalei and has ocean views from the kitchen and dining area. There's excellent cross-ventilation. The kitchen is remodeled and up-to-date, and is fully stocked. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated having beach towels and supplies for excursions around the island. Definitely recommend!

Perfect place at Kauai‘s Northshore

This condo is very well maintained. We slept heavenly on the perfect mattress. Condo has all you are looking for in a vacation rental and everything in very good condition and quality. Very easy communication with manager. Everything as expected and described. Check In and Out very easy as you like to find it when you are on vacation. We will most likely come back.

The first condominium that we rented was front view. However, as far as we were told by Vaccasa property the owner sold the condo living us with a big problem. We rented the place back in January and 3 months before our vacation we received the email. Very disappointed because we wanted a front view condominium. I believe this is as a mismanagement because your company should honor each transaction. So are we going to use Vrbo in the future, we might NOT. Luckily we found another property near by in the back with Real Palm Property so they saved our vacation in HI.

Another great stay

This is our second time staying in this unit. The unit was just as clean, comfortable, well stocked, and maintained as our stay three years ago. Communication with the host is easy and always kind and accommodating. We live staying in Princeville and this location is a good choice if you like spending time at both Hanalei and the areas around Kilauea town. One perk of this unit is that the view is absolutely stunning and the direction in which it faces gets a wonderful cross breeze keeping in cool on even the hottest days. There is an ac unit in the living area if you need the extra cool down.

A relaxing and beautiful stay

This condo was a very beautiful, open, and clean unit. If you plan on going to the beach and being able to cook a breakfast or dinner it’s a perfect stay. The location is quiet and convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to see that there really was a bit of everything you could possibly need in a stay. We loved the view of the beautiful mountains and waterfalls. The sky was full of stars at night. Every morning we could see and hear a variety of birds, which made for a very tropical stay. Krisha was very accommodating , and provided a lot of information on tourist sites, beaches, and restaurants. She was also very easy to reach. The check - in and check - out process was easy.

Princeville at it's best

I've stayed at Ali'i Kai before in a different unit so I already knew the wonderful location. This unit did not disappoint. Gorgeous mountain views from the bedroom and ocean view from the dining table and kitchen. Great being so close to the hike down to Turtle Cove too. Unit has A/C but it's a split unit in the living room so you'll need to run the fans to get the air to the bedrooms but it was fine. You get a nice cross breeze too if you just open the windows. Unit was equipped with everything you'll need. I'd definitely stay there again.

The fans provided kept the rooms comfortably cool, and the living room area, which had AC, was pleasantly refreshing.We did encounter a small issue at check-in, but thanks to the host’s attentiveness, it was quickly resolved. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

It's nicely decorated and furnished, clean and spacious and equipped with everything one needs for trips to the beach and making meals at "home." (When we're not eating out at the many fun restaurants on the North Shore.) Located in a stunningly beautiful area of Princeville, we enjoy the views of the mountains and the ocean - and looking for whales while seated in the comfy Adirondack chairs perched on top of the green cliff.Krisha has been great at answering all of our questions and communicating with us!

It took us a while to find the right building in a downpour - You might want to print out a map of the condo area since Google Maps led us a bit astray. Once we got there, we were happy to relax and settle into this beautiful place. As others have shared, it is clean, spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a vacation in Kaua'i. The beds and linens are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beach toys, chairs and towels super convenient. We enjoyed a few dips in the pool with our kiddo who is learning to swim. My favorite part was spending mornings out on the deck drinking coffee, watching birds and enjoying the spectacular views.
