Sit back and relax in this 2 bedroom/2 bath desirable Alii Kai walk out, end unit condo. Situated ideally to feel like your own private oasis with no obstructions of your oceanfront view. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from every bedroom, the kitchen and living room! Seasonal whale watching from unit, lanai and walk out.
Watch spinner dolphins frolicking and turtles surfing the waves in the ocean below. Relax on a cozy lazyboy couch or recline in one of the two comfortable recliners while being mesmerized by the ocean. If you can breakaway from the views there are several amazing beaches that fit all your various beach activities desires. Anini has amazing year round snorkeling and the iconic Hanalei Bay are just a short drive away or several beach trails are within a mile and walking distance from the condo. Comfortable King size bed and a chaise lounger in the master bedroom. Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom. Washer and dryer in the unit, kitchen is well stocked and some beach gear is provided. The pool is steps away. Come relax, rejuvenate and feel the Aloha in this lovely, quiet walk out end unit on Kauai's north shore.

Had a great time at this condo. Unreal location. First floor with unfiltered views of the ocean. More spacious than I expected. Would recommend for a future stay. Easy parking. The grounds are well kept. The only issue we had was the mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable.

Location, location, location

Loved staying in Princeville right on the cliff. Ocean sounds and view with coffee and birds on the bluff every morning and evening, and it’s close to wherever you want to visit. The kitchen is well stocked and convenient. The only negative was the noise from upstairs neighbors. Their children had noisy toys, and we could also hear the adults walking. But we otherwise loved being on the ground floor, with chairs right outside on the grass. So many birds and whales!

Wonderful stay in Princeville

This condo is in the perfect location! Close to many restaurants and we had a lovely walk on the walking path along the golf course. I appreciated all the amenities this condo had. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay again!

Incredible place

Wonderful place wirh an ideal location, would definitely stay again. Centrally located to everything north shore related with great beaches everywhere and incredible sunrises from the bedroom and sunsets just off the patio.

The View is Everything!

We spent a beautiful week here, watching the sunrise and sunset from our patio. The kids loved swimming in the pool in the evening. Close to food in Princeville and the cute Hanalei town and bay. The Turtle Cove hike from the property was so much fun (did it 3 times). The ocean breeze with the balcony slider and windows open was amazing! Enjoyed the use of the beach equipment, the kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are super comfortable! Loved hearing the wind, rain and waves as we slept. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing View! Very Relaxing Stay on Kaua‘i.

Kim’s condo was exactly what we were looking for on our honeymoon. The setting was absolutely beautiful. We loved hearing the waves crash, watching sunrises & sunsets from our patio and being in a perfect location to explore the north shore.

Relaxing retreat in Princeville

One of the best views of any condo in Princeville. Great property with the amenities you would expect in a vacation resort. Condo is stocked with tons of gear for beach fun and all your vacation needs. Great experience, would stay here again!

Amazing View!

We loved our stay here. The condo was only a short drive to reach Na Pali Coast hikes and beaches, and it was fun to snorkel in the cove you can see below from the condo. Kim was a wonderful host! It was hard to leave the view here!

Wonderful place!

Just returned from 6 days at this wonderful condo! It was sometimes hard to plan our days, when all we wanted was to sit on the lanai and watch for whales! The book of suggestions for hikes, swims, places to eat- so thoughtful. Highly recommended- wish we were still there!

Whale Watching

Nothing better than sitting out on the patio watching whales breaching and tail slapping. We had an excellent vantage point to enjoy this spectacle for 3-4 mornings.

Highly recommend this condo!!

You cannot beat this view!!! The interior was a delight as well! CLEAN!! Everything you will need/ want is provided. The beds are comfortable and provide a great night sleep with an ocean view in each room. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We cannot wait to return.

Wow!

We spent our honeymoon in this wonderful condo. The views were amazing. We drank coffee outside while listening to the waves. We enjoyed Tunnels Beach and took a Napali Coast tour. Not to be missed, but time of year dictates ocean conditions. As a fellow VRBO owner, i appreciate the details Kim provides her guests. Mahalo, Patti and Randy

Great Stay!

We stayed here after hiking kalalau and Kim was great! She was very helpful with information on things we should see and how to get to other places that we wanted to see! The condo was fantastic as well! Great views, fun closet stuffed to the top, and everything else you could think of! The book she has on the table is stuffed full of all kinds of great information. We visited a few of the beaches that she mentioned in there and she was spot on. I absolutely loved this place and would definitely recommend it! My only concern, is when do I get to go back!

Beautiful, clean and convenient

We stayed here for a long weekend with family for a wedding in Hanalei. The condo is clean, well kept, furnished with everything one might need for their stay (general appliances, items for beach activities, etc). We had 4 adults and 1 baby and had plenty of space. The view is BEAUTIFUL and there are comfy chairs out back where you can sit and take it all in. Plenty of friendly birds, geckos and even a little cat came and visited us at our back door. Definitely recommend!

Great view, all the extras in the unit

We stayed for 3 nights at Alii Kai and wish it could have been longer. The unit is spacious and clean, with outstanding views of the ocean. You can wake up to waves when they are breaking below. The extras in the unit are what really made it a great stay - little things like the "stuff closet" and the kitchen items (a toaster oven!) made us really feel like home, especially after our previous week was spent at a hotel. The wifi was fast, and everything else is as great as described. Thanks!

Met all our expectations

This property was exactly as described including all amenities. The owners attention to detail makes this property one of the best we have stayed in. The views are incredible just outside the condo. We were lucky enough to see whales everyday. We were also blessed with rainbows - even a double rainbow. The beach accessories came in very handy. Most properties do not provide this kind of service and we really appreciated it. I would recommend this property.

The Good: The view was exceptional. Spotted whales right from our patio! Grocery store a mile away. The bad: This unit has not been updated since it was built in the 1970s. It is tired and worn. Recliners were broken. Bed sagged. No ice maker. No hot tub. We expected more for the price.

We feel very lucky to have found this magnificent home. Stepping outside onto the cliffside view and seeing the whales breach and do their courtship dance. Listening to the surf under the starlight. Wow. Brandi is a wonderful host, and her home has very nice kitchen accessories with very good cookware, sharp cutlery, and nice dinnerware. There are a lot of things I could write about this magical island and perfect accommodations, but I can't match the experience of actually being here. If you are looking for a place here in Kauai, this is the place to stay. Book now. I guarantee you'll love it. Mahalo.

This is a quaint and cozy place with an incredible view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the north shore at this cozy place. It had everything we needed and more. The unit was very clean, had an incredible view, and was a great value for the money. We loved having our morning coffee on the point as we listened to the ocean, watched the dolphins, and relaxed in the breeze. The unit was well equipped with all we needed for living while in Kauai. The three "fun closets" were a huge help in making our vacation fun and it saved us money. The owner was very helpful and communicated clearly all that was available and even answered a call in the midst of our stay with a question I had. The check in and check out process was so easy. We left the north shore to stay a few extra nights on the south shore and immediately missed our abode. We would stay here again if we get to return. It was a perfect place to enjoy our 20th anniversary!

Great Stay 7-15 November 2014

Really Enjoyed the stay! Can't beat the Ocean front location, the sound of the waves pounding the cliffs, the ocean breeze blowing in. We found a couple paths from the condo that turned into a couple good adventure hikes. Waves were too big to get in the water, but not to worry Hanalei Bay is just down the road and it's the best surfing, and SUP beach you will find anywhere. The condo was well laid out, huge bedrooms, great walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen and condo with lot's items to use at the beach ie. chairs, boards, coolers etc.... Bedding, linens and towels were highest quality and for sure added to the comfort. Kim really manages the place well making this VRBO better than most time share properties you will find on the island. The personal touches and extra items to use really make this place feel like a home vs. a sterile hotel room. We will for sure look to stay here again and recommend it to our friends!

wonderful stay with amazing views

Our time at Alii Kai was wonderful. The condo is well furnished and has an absolutely incredible view of the ocean. It's the bottom floor condo, so you walk right out to this amazing view. We were entertained by the rooster, chickens, other birds and our favorites, 2 nene geese who came up to our sliding door and gave a soft, gentle honk just to say hello. Kim is a wonderful host. She checked in with us, and when we had a minor issue with the coffee maker, just told us to replace it and she would (and did) reimburse us. She also gave us good advice when we were planning on going biking in Kapaa. Alli Kai is close to many points of interest--beaches, Hanalei, Na Pali coast, etc. We enjoyed every day there and miss it greatly.

Some of the best views off the back porch!!!

Visiting Kauai for the first time with my husband and 16 year old daughter and this condo is in a great location!! We would try to get up early each morning to watch the sunrise and hang out each evening to watch the sunset from the porch!! Just beautiful. I agree with the other reviews that the view is better than the pictures. Loved the recommendation book and closets with all of the gear. The condo was equipped with anything and everything you would need. They even had a yoga mat and weights so I could do some of my workouts!! Yeah! Kim was always very good about responding to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this condo!! It is an amazing place!!!

We are a small family of three. We enjoy traveling and spend most of our time in Kauai and Colorado.

We fell in love with not only the breathtaking views but the walk out unit. It really appealed to us. It gives you the feeling of having your own yard with a front row seat to the abundant sea life such as whales, turtles and many resident albatross that seems to fly by multiple times a day when they are on Kauai. The views from the cliff are breathtaking and that is always the first thing we hear when someone pulls up to our unit. This unit has a fun Hawaiiana feel with blue tile, tile inlays and a tropical vibe. This is one of the few units in Kauai that you have a mesmerizing ocean view from every room in the condo.
