Belle 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain, vue sur l'océan depuis chaque pièce! Allongez-vous dans le lit de l'une ou l'autre chambre et regardez les vagues déferlantes rouler dans les falaises directement sous l'unité! Les deux lits dans chaque chambre sont des lits Westin Heavenly !! Condo amélioré, très propre, grand salon avec beaucoup d'espace de divertissement. Plan d'étage ouvert avec cuisine donnant sur le salon. Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité, lits queen dans les deux chambres, coin salon dans la chambre principale. Tirez lit queen dans le canapé du salon, dessus de lit très confortable. Le balcon dispose de 2 chaises de maître nageur qui offrent une vue confortable sur les vagues déferlantes et une vue imprenable sur l'océan à 180 degrés!

Beautiful view. Everything you could want for beach fun is provided including a wide variety of snorkel gear. Lots of fans in every room to help you stay cool. It was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed.

This is my third time in two years visiting Kauai…all three times I’ve stayed in this condo. That’s the only place I will stay. It’s absolutely gorgeous and perfect. The balcony is absolutely EPIC. You will not regret staying in this condo!

WOW, that best summarizes this beautiful condo. The veiws were unreal and compared to those on the images you see posted online of the Napali coast. The location was ideal. We woke up and hiked down to Turtle cove several times, it was our favorite snorkel spot. It was easy to get to all the beaches on the north shore. The condo is beautifully decorated and super clean. The beds were comfortable. My son slept on the pullout couch and it was very comfortable as well. All linens and towels were clean and like new. The hosts left us a speacial welcome package that was so thoughtful. The condo had all the beach gear a family could need. The kitchen was well stocked. This place is a gem and we cant wait to visit again. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

The perfect spot in Kauai!

I don’t think a few words will sum up our stay at Bill’s spectacular oceanfront condo. You will want for nothing while you stay here. The location is 5-10 minutes away from everything in Princeville and Hanalei bay. It was truly the perfect place for our stay. The waves were mesmerizing to watch and fall asleep to. Thank you for everything Bill. We will back next year around the same time.

Fantastic Everything!

William's condo was a great place, right next to the cliff above the ocean in the manicured town of Princeville. The kitchen was easy to use and clean to cook that Costco food - the bedrooms were clean and decorative, the fans/cooler nicely controlled the temperature, and the activities around the north side of Kauai were incredible. Other than all the beauty, privacy, and ocean views, what really distinguished this rental from other was William's accessibility and friendliness. He shared recommendations and even advised us on places in the south (where we went after we left). William and his house enhanced our amazing trip and we'd recommend it to any family looking for a home away from home.

Fantastic location/view

The view from this place was incredible. Spent so much time just sitting on the lanai watching the waves. Also whales, turtles and albatross. The condo itself was very nice and clean. Each of the bedrooms has same great view of ocean. Short drive to beautiful Hanalei Beach. Great communication with owner/manager Bill. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The condo is absolutely amazing! The location is great. The view is absolutely fabulous! We really enjoyed every single minute sitting on the balcony. Amazing Week in Princeville!

Bill and Cathy’s condo lived up to the rave reviews and was even better than expected! This is our first day back on the mainland and it was hard to sleep without the sound of waves crashing below. Our family of four found the space to be very comfortable, and the well-stocked supplies like beach gear, ice packs for the coolers, sunburn cream, etc made everything easy for us to dive right into vacation. Walking down the path to Turtle Cave was our favorite daily adventure. Thanks again for a great week!

Mother and Daughter trip. Trip was a Masters Degree graduation gift to my Daughter.

Spotless, fully stocked with all kitchen utilities, spices, even plastic containers, cleaning items, basically everything. Equipped with swimming toys (i.e. masks, boogie board, various sizes of coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, etc). My favorite, free Amazon and Netflix! Full view of the Ocean all day. Close to Anini Beach. Most of all, safe for my Daughter and Myself, big plus.

5 stars for location, amenities , and the view . 3 stars for the cleanliness. Unit is old and outdated. Couches are stained and very old. Top of refrigerator had a thick layer of black dirt. Bed linens were threadbare and the mattress pad was stained . Dirty stuffed animals and nicknacks fill the unit. Windows need cleaned and repaired. The screens are damaged allowing insects in the unit. The amenities are very nice , everything you need in the condo for a beach vacation (beach towels , beach buggy , snorkeling gear, even coolers!). This rental has been getting by with its 5 star location for years I’m guessing . I just expect a clean stay, the online pics don’t reflect the current state of the unit.

Best Place to Stay in Kauai

This condo is amazing. Nothing but ocean waves out any window. The balcony with a breakfast bar and life guard chairs is spectacular. We actually left the beach to come back there to have lunch on the balcony. The beds are comfortable. The showers are great. The condo is stocked with everything you need for a family to have a great beach experience, including chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment and even a wagon to carry it all. After a brief snafu at our check in, Bill quickly solved the issue and was extremely apologetic. We had a great stay at his place and if we ever travel back to Kauai, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Fantastic location and wonderful host

My family of 5 came here for our first vacation since the pandemic shut us down last year. The pictures don’t do the location justice. The property sits atop Turtle Cove, which was a fun and incredibly easy adventure for everyone in our family. We could see the sea turtles frolicking in the waves below from our balcony. And Queen’s Bath is just a short walk away (there’s never any parking there, so the ability to walk is great!) and both sites are otherworldly! The unit doesn’t have AC and the ceiling fans are too squeaky to run at full speed, and the living room fan didn’t work, but there were plenty of other fans, so though it got a tad stuffy at times, it was definitely comfortable enough with the sea breezes flowing in- especially for those used to not having AC. There are no window coverings at all, which I would have liked to have know about because we would’ve packed eye masks, but the view we woke up to made it impossible to be upset about it. The natural light coming in woke us up in time to make the road opening to Hanalei Bay in time for the extremely difficult but rewarding hike on the Napali Coast and our many other daily adventures. There was no bathroom door on the master bath, so everyone wanted to use the other bathroom, but we made that work as well. Bill was full of wonderful suggestions and readily available to help at all times. And the condo is stocked full of all the beach gear we could possibly need. We cooked whatever we wanted, and dined while watching the sunrise or the bevy of stars from the balcony. The communication couldn’t have been improved upon. We would definitely stay here again! Ocean view, close enough to hear the powerful ocean wherever you are in condo. Clean place. Nice to have washing machine and dryer and the soap needed for that.Comfortable beds. If we wanted to we could have used all we would need to go to the beach - beach chairs, towels, ice chest.

Great location for going to Hanalei or Anini Beach! The condo has beautiful oceanfront views. The beach supplies were great and covered everything we needed (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards). Kitchen was also well stocked making it easy to cook when we wanted. The bed was very comfortable. I would totally stay again.

This place has it all

First, the owner was a great communicator. Second, this place had it all. Both bedrooms had beautiful ocean views, the location is stellar, and the amenities around the condo are excellent. From beach chairs to snorkel gear, coolers, condiments, and umbrellas. We spent hours out on the lanai in the big lifeguard chairs watching both the sunrise and the sunset. My wife and I can’t wait to visit again. Thanks so much for a pleasant stay!

Overall Outstanding

Alii Kai is a beautiful complex and ‘Edge of Cliff’ is the best location on the property. Closest to the water and perched right over ‘Turtle cave’. Sitting in the elevated chairs on the back deck you have unobstructed views of the ocean with whales, dolphin, and lots of turtles right below you. Very clean and well decorated, this unit was perfect for our family vacation. A very nice pool is a short walk away. Taking a walk around the grounds in the morning was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was always available and very helpful. The sound of the waves crashing was so relaxing. Hated to leave and would certainly love to come back. If you’re looking for the best, this is it !
