The Space:

- A luminous and inviting LIVING ROOM with plush sofas that exude comfort and a large flatscreen Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home cozied up together.

- A fully equipped KITCHEN with high-quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus, essential extras like a coffee maker for morning perk-ups, a blender for afternoon beverages, and a dishwasher for easy cleanups.

- Gather around the BREAKFAST BAR with cushioned stools for a quick bite or a coffee, or use it as a laptop workspace. Here, and the dining table, make comfy workspaces for the remote worker or student. And the home has FAST WI-FI, so you’ll stay seamlessly connected!

- There’s a DINING AREA with a table to comfortably seat 10 for relaxed sit-down meals with fun dinner conversation and laughter. You’ll also have a view of the pool!

Guest Access:
You’ll have exclusive access to the home during your stay and shared access to the resort amenities.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll be inside the ChampionsGate community with amazing amenities like resort-style pools, a kid’s pool, a gym, a game room, sports courts, restaurants, bars, an open-air retail shopping area at the nearby ChampionsGate Village, and more! Plenty of world-class shopping, outlet malls, and golf are a short drive away, and of course, all the popular theme parks are within in short drive from the home!

Getting Around:
The home is inside the ChampionsGate, 28.6 miles | 46 km from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). It’s always best to check your mobile phone map or traffic app for driving times, as they differ depending on the time of day.

Other Things to Note:
Please note, we cannot assume responsibility for the availability of ChampionsGate’s amenities. Any closures or maintenance issues fall under the purview of the resort's management.

All adult guests (18+) are required to register. Resort pass-sharing is not allowed.

The pool at the home can be heated for an extra charge of $35 USD/day. It must be requested at least 3 days before your arrival and stay heated for the full duration of your stay.

BBQ grill rental is available for an extra charge (3-burner $85 USD/week & 4-burner $105 USD/week) and must be requested a week before arrival. *The oil pan must be placed under the grill. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the patio floor is dirty/stained.

We provide starter items like paper towels, trash bags and some toilet paper, but these are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase more. For any other home or bath essentials you need, you must pack and bring them with you or buy and bring them in when you arrive.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore, there will be no supply of items, such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc., prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

We provide bath towels but not beach and pool towels. Please keep the towels provided in the home for bathroom usage only and pack your beach towels for using the pool, beach, waterpark, etc.

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We take this seriously. The home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every stay, following all CDC and WHO guidelines. We use hospital-grade cleaning products and pay special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and countertops. Our linens and towels are washed and dried on high heat to kill bacteria or viruses. You can rest easy knowing that our home is a clean and safe environment for you and your loved ones.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in property using an electronic door code. Access codes will be provided before arrival.
