This gated resort features an enormous clubhouse, lake, and pier. It also has a sizeable zero-entry style pool with cabanas, loungers, umbrellas, a waterslide, a lazy river, and a kids' water playground. The Tiki Bar and Fireplace Lounge serves food and beverages for poolside dining. All guests can access the fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball courts, soccer field, free video arcade area, and a sundry shop for last-minute needs.

Furnished for modern, family-friendly comfort, the spacious, two-story interior boasts a stylish design and high-end amenities equipped for carefree vacation convenience. No carpet in the home means this is an excellent choice for guests with allergies. The main floor features a flowing, open design blending kitchen, living, and dining areas for seamless group gatherings. The state-of-the-art kitchen boasts gorgeous counters, ample cabinet storage, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including two full-size refrigerators, for efficiently handling home cooking. Accented with a beautiful, backlit marble display piece, the expansive dining table is ready to accommodate the family for dinner. The breakfast island offers additional seating, and a cooler is available when you're on the go.

Plush sofas and a smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living area. Huge patio sliders connect the screened lanai and pool deck. An outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas grill, sink, and prep counter provides the makings for poolside cookouts, and alfresco meals can be enjoyed at the twin tables.

The garage has been beautifully converted into a deluxe home theater and billiards lounge, with a pool table, massive screen, and recliners.

The massive upstairs loft lounge area sets the stage for endless entertainment. Here, you'll find a fantastic game area with air hockey, foosball, and a game table. But it doesn't end there. Another living room is complete with all-new sofas and a smart TV. A convenient mini-fridge and wet bar are also equipped for happy hour convenience.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including the primary suite, can be found on the main floor. Primary bedroom guests will enjoy access to an en suite bathroom. One of the upstairs bedrooms includes a private attached bathroom. Two full bathrooms are shared between two pairs of bedrooms, each featuring en suite access.

Security camera details: Doorbell camera (Arlo) as well as outdoor cameras on both sides of the property with motion detect/video saving.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
