Amazing Family Vacation

We have stayed at other homes in Champions Gate and this one is by far the cleanest! The kitchen was well stocked and had everytging we needed no matter what we decided to cook. The pool and movie room were highlights for the kids. Plenty of bathroom and pool towels. We are looking forward to staying in this house again!

Nice vacations

The house was perfect and the landlord was very responsive. The house was clean and well equiped. The only complain is for the neighbors that were sometimes very noisy, but a call to the security quickly fix the problem. We highly recomand this house. Thank you Jonathan!

Great!

All the rooms are tastefully decorated, and the house is exceptionally spacious. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable with nice thick sheets. My family and I loved the theater room and the pool! The outdoor string lights at night are a great touch. It's a little bit of a drive to Disney but not horrible. The owner was great to work with, very responsive, and attentive. We would stay here again. Thank you for being a great host and sharing your home with my family.

Annual Family Getaway

Every year we take a family getaway with our adult children and their children (our grandchildren). This trip is the one that counts for the year because the five families are all together in one home for several days. This home is a gem. The kids were amazed to see how big and comfortable it is. The theme rooms were a hit but the Theatre room won the best room in the house award. The beds are comfortable. The home had enough room for everyone and the pool was a hit as well. The resort is as usual..lots of fun in the lazy river and lots of BBQ for the guests to enjoy. We will definitely be coming back!!! Thank you Jonathan!!

Son's graduation stay

We booked our stay for our son's graduation trip. the property was as expected, however I would not recommend wasting money on the travel insurance. We purchased it not sure if our son's final make up testing would be during the 1st few days of our reservation, with the insurance it would be something that would be covered. However, when we went to get a refund for the dates and hope for cooperation, we were denied and told we would need crazy paperwork from my son's school, as well as a cilabus. being that this was make up testing there was no cilabus. We were forced to keep our stay and have our son stay home for the few days he had testing and join us on the weekend. Communication took quite a bit of time since the host does not live local. Host was polite, however also unwilling to accommodate us for our circumstance. Over all it was a nice stay, but wish it was as we intended it to be.

Good property, some issues needing attention

This is a nice house, with the rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms as advertised, and all very comfortable. A clean and spacious home. The gate to keep a toddler from wandering to the pool was excellent. The movie room was nice. Communication with the host was very good. A few issues to be aware of: The pool and hot tub takes hours to heat up, and don’t get to the temperatures they are set for. For a November stay, we could not use either. (Pool never went above 70 degrees, hot tub once briefly got to 90 degrees after manually moving buckets of water from the pool to the hot tub). Parking is challenging, as they only allow driveway parking. The garage is also not usable for parking. We parked 4 cars in the driveway, but this blocked the sidewalk. A fifth car for one day left us having to hunt for a place outside of Championsgate to legally park it overnight. It would have been helpful if the host had provided info on parking restriction and a place for extra cars at the time of booking. We had one minor issue with the microwave that was not able to be repaired during the weekend. Overall, this was a good stay.

Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. Very well kept. Only issue was no hot water for hot tub and master bath shower didn’t have hot water.Other than that, great stay and host was responsive to any questions. And very quickly.

Great stay for family getaway

The house was spacious with a heated pool and jacuzzi, which the whole family enjoyed. This is in a nice gated community and about 30 minutes away from disneyworld. The host was great in communication! A few times, we couldn’t get hot water or the toilet to flush, but the host sent us instructions on how to adjust the valve to get everything going in a quick and timely manner. The kitchen could use more pots and the HOA community trash pick up didn’t end up coming on our last day. But other than that, I would definitely consider staying again! Thank you!

House had everything we needed!

First off the I have always paid for pool heat at other properties and still the water is too cold to swim. Pool heat was included and the water temperature was perfect especially for Dec/Jan temperatures. I was super happy with this alone. The house had everything we needed! Pool towels, extra blankets, dish tabs, trash bags, salt and pepper. Just everyday basics other properties do not have! The movie room was my favorite! Spent the majority of my time watching movies and relaxing! Beds were also very comfortable. Super happy with our stay!

The property speaks for itself “very nice” the Theater Room was the HIGHLIGHT the property was very roomy it was 11 of us and half the time we had to find someone within the room would most definitely recommend

Great family House

Amazing house for large families. Beds were all comfortable. Pool and out door area were great after long days in the parks. Owner was quick to respond to all messages. Only complaint was not enough toilet paper or garbage bags for length of our stay. Would also like to more basic spices and condiments available. Also instructions on how to work the spa would have been nice. Overall great stay.
