The Space:

Welcome to your ultimate family headquarters in the heart of Florida! Designed specifically for large groups and multi-generational stays, this spacious villa balances high-end comfort with whimsical fun for the little ones.

Step onto your private, fully screened patio to find a crystal-clear pool and relaxing spa. The screened enclosure provides peace of mind for parents while the family enjoys the Florida sun. Whether it is a morning dip or an evening soak after a day at the parks, this private oasis is yours to enjoy.



Ground Floor Living:

- Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped for large family meals with a breakfast bar for quick snacks.

Resort Perks:

Guest access includes Solterra Resort's world-class amenities such as the water park, lazy river, clubhouse pools, and fitness center. A one-time resort fee ($35-$45 per group) is required at the clubhouse for access cards.



Guest Access:

Guests have private keyless access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.



You will also have access to 24/7 support should you need anything during your stay.



NOTE: There will be a separate fee for resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the gated Solterra Resort, the villa is close to everything:

15 minutes → Disney World

25 minutes → Universal Studios

20 minutes → SeaWorld

10 minutes → Shopping, dining & grocerie

35 minutes → Airport



The area offers golf courses, water parks, outlet malls, and endless family activities.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.

Free parking in the driveway.

Ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) are widely available.

Easy access to I-4 and local roads.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about check-in, optional add-ons, what’s included, resort access, parking, and a few simple house rules. We keep this section clear and guest-friendly—so you can focus on enjoying your vacation!



NO STREET PARKING. Please park in the driveways and designated area only.

Resort pass sharing is not allowed.

• Check-In: 4:00 PM

• Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Need to arrive earlier or stay a bit longer? Let us know in advance—early check-in and late check-out are $45 per hour and subject to availability.



Additional Services (requires extra payment):



-Grill Rental

4 Burner ($105/week) One full propane tank is provided.

Additional day: $15 per day

Extra Propane Gas: $40

Please note that if you require an extra propane tank during your stay (for example, if the gas runs out due to frequent use), the vendor charges an additional $40 for the refill.



-Pool Heating

• $35 per day

• Please request at least 24 hours before arrival (heating takes time to reach temperature).

Pool Heater Operational Hours: 9AM-9PM

The pool heater must be turned on for the full duration of your stay.

Please note that during winter cold months, pool heaters will generally heat the water temperature to 78-82°F and may be unable to go much higher because of the cold ambient temperature.



Amenities at the property

• Linens and bathroom towels

- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage

• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel

- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay

- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount

In addition to all this, there’s also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.



Towels Policy

• Bath towels are provided for indoor bathroom use only

• Pool towels at the home are for private pool use only

• For the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or off-site locations, please bring your own towels



Parking at Solterra Resort

Solterra Resort has strict parking policies for the safety and comfort of all guests:

• Maximum 5 vehicles per home

• Park only in the driveway or designated resort parking areas

• No parking on the street or on the grass

• Vehicles parked improperly may be towed at the guest’s expense

Please make sure everyone in your group is aware of these rules to avoid any inconvenience.
