The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy your dream vacation! It can accommodate up to 18 people and offers all the comforts your family deserves and goes above and beyond!

This property has a private pool, hot tub, game room, large home theater, two washer/dryer sets, two large refrigerators, free WIFI, parking and more! This home is only miles from Disney, Universal, and major attractions. Located at the gated BellaVida Resort.

This themed decorated property is truly a home away from home. It’s best suited for big families, a family group, or a big group of friends!

Our home sits on a quiet premium water view lot in the best section of the renowned Bella Vita Resort. It offers stunning water and sunset views. The open floor plan and dining areas easily accommodate family groups for a magical vacation.

This brand-new home features high quality home appliances and new furniture / bedding / kitchen supplies, includes a 75-inch TCL 4KTV in the living room and 55-inch TCL 4KTVs in bedrooms. Fully equipped outer space-themed game room with a pool table and air hockey table under magical LED ceiling lights.

I also knew exactly what supplies would be there so I could prepare adequately. This was the perfect place for our family of 11! Everyone enjoyed the pool, game room and movie theater was amazing!! There was a Walmart and Chick-fil-A so close you could walk! The hot tub and pool were excellent, and the kids especially enjoyed the theater room and pool table. For a home of this size, additional seating in the living room would improve overall comfort. The floors could have been cleaner upon arrival, and it would be helpful to note that pool towels are not provided. Additionally, guests planning a longer stay may want to bring extra kitchen essentials, as supplies beyond the basics are limited.

Clogged toilet that took them five days to get unclogged. Accused of prying open a door that was already open.

We take each review as valuable feedback if it states the facts. At the 2nd night of your stay, you reported 1 of 6 toilets was clogged. We responded to you immediately and requested an emergency service. The toilet was unclogged completely and we sent you the video of water running through well. Unfortunately in the next three consecutive days, the same thing happened to the same toilet - it was clogged with sanitary napkins and large roll of paper during the nights. Our property manager had to use a serpentine hose to unclog the toilet as his first job of the day. We had shown you in person that the toilet was unclogged after each fixes, and videoed the entire repair process. Even though at the fifth day, we hired a special plumber to open up and lift the entire toilet unit, cleaned the entire sewer pipe. Again, It was clogged with sanitary napkins and paper towels! We had provided the timely services as we could and paid a large bill for unclogging the toilet. Besides all the services we provided, We never blamed anyone for use the toilet mistakenly or even intentionally clogged it. We did not expect your appreciation to our hard work, but we do not deserve your false statements and bad comments.

We loved everything about the property itself. It was as advertised. Clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. I would VRBO here again. My only complaint is parking was a challenge. We could barely fit 4 cars in the driveway and they weren’t allowed to block the sidewalk so we had to get creative to fit 4. All others had to park down the street or at the community center. Not a big deal but definitely a minor inconvenience. I’d still use this location again. Great home, great price and the owner was very responsive.

Host was very responsive! Back sliding door wouldnt lock so we used a broom. Zero pool towels which is odd with a house with a pool. Other than that house was good. Hosts says door will be fixed asap.

I am very sorry that we didn’t earn your 100% satisfaction. As instructed on the call, the back sliding door has two lock buttons and need to lock them sequentially, It did cause a bit confusion. As we spoke, we have already changed the whole set of locks now. We take the safety as the top priority over any other matters. Regarding about pool towels, we provide 18 regular hotel-like white pool towels (not beach towels) , which placed in the cabinets under sink in every bathroom, as I mentioned on our Welcome-call. I will add this information into the check-in instruction going forward. Greatly appreciate your valuable feedback which makes us to improve better.
