One of the top highlights of the villa is the ENCLOSED BACKYARD with a HEATED POOL, shaded and cushioned lounge chairs, and a wonderful view of the lush green golf course.

An indoor KOI POND that adds a relaxing Zen vibe to the home.

A SECOND LIVING ROOM with a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and reading material that you may borrow.

A spacious, fully-equipped KITCHEN that has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus lots of counter space for easy meal prep and a dishwasher for a quick clean-up. There’s an island with barstool seats and a wall-mounted TV!

For sit-down meals, there’s a DINING TABLE plus an OUTDOOR DINING TABLE on the patio.

Getting Around:
The property is APPROXIMATELY 1.4 km | 0.9 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s free designated parking if you are arriving by car.

- Travelers must be at least 24 years of age or older to book.
- Families with children are always welcome; however, for groups, we ask that all members be at least 24 years old.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- The resort requires identification for all persons staying in the home at least 7 days before arrival. Failure to do so will prevent access to the property.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Check-in is from 4 pm to 9 pm at no cost. Late check-in from 9 pm to 11 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $200 fine and will cause you to be banned from the premises.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. If damages/loss incurred exceed the security deposit, you will be charged accordingly upon checkout and must pay in cash.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Only beach towels are permitted in common areas.
- Please do not hang towels over railings or balconies.
- We are not responsible for any type of loss or valuables left behind.
- We are not responsible for any accidents related to the guests or companions inside the premises or complex.
- This is a bi-level villa where guests must climb stairs to reach the upper level.
- Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.
- On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, we provide light cleaning services at no additional cost, which includes general cleaning tasks (no laundry or bedsheet changes). Additionally, you have the option to request cooking services for an extra fee.
*Any fault in complying with the comment before will cause a direct cancelation of the booking without a refund.

Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
You’ll have complete privacy in the apartment during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
