Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Puerta del Sol est situé sur la Riviera mexicaine à Puerto Vallarta, au Mexique. Nous sommes à 5 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport et juste en face de la belle marina, où vous pouvez voir les croisières spectaculaires. À distance de marche du casino, des restaurants, des épiceries, et le centre commercial "Galerias». Puerta del Sol est une communauté privée fermée haut de gamme avec sa propre sécurité.

Nous sommes situés au centre et à une courte 15-20 minutes en voiture de la célèbre Malecon du centre-ville, qui est une pierre "promenade" à travers la ville par l'océan où vous pouvez trouver des restaurants, des bars, et de nombreuses activités. Les services de taxi et de bus sont disponibles juste en face de la rue principale.

Profitez de cette maison lorsque vous êtes assis à la fois sur la terrasse inférieure avec un jacuzzi privé ou sur la terrasse du deuxième étage avec un haut-barbecue tout en admirant la vue sur le coucher du soleil et des croisières. Vous pouvez également passer un moment de détente à la piscine de la communauté tout en appréciant les magnifiques vues de la communauté. La particularité de la piscine comprend un énorme "Palapa" pour l'heure dans l'ombre, beaucoup de soleil, plusieurs tables à manger, et WiFi gratuités-.

Great stay while we were in PV fishing

We enjoyed the house! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The property manager, Abril, was very friendly and helpful.

Great Location

The house was exactly as pictured.Great location - close to mall, groceries and bus. Large enough for a larger family. Very quiet and secure. Grounds very well maintained. Enjoyed our one month stay. Will return for sure.

Great experience

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, communication excellent. There are a few small things that need repair but these did not effect our stay! Would definitely stay again. Our group was 9 people and we fit comfortably. I don’t see anymore than 9 people fitting in the property unless you double up on all the beds.

Charming, affordable and plenty of room!

Hugo was amazing from start to finish! The house was perfect and comfortable for our family of 10. Nicely furnished with cool neighbors. We could easily walk to all of the tour destinations or to a bus stop for public transportation. We had the vacation of a lifetime this week, and the ease of renting this property, its location, and size made it all the better! We are already planning our return trip!

PV Stay

This property is in a great location to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is easy to catch a bus and be in the Romantic zone in minute. Plus it is close to the marina. The house is large and the neighborhood is great. However the house is in disrepair. There are broken tiles, a hole in the floor, the air conditioners leak water, and all the.linnen needs to be replaced.

This is a beautiful home nestled away in a quaint neighborhood just minutes away from the action. This home is ideal for large families and groups of friends looking for a quiet getaway. The spa and pool were excellent additions. It is located just minutes from the marina, a short walk from the beach and shopping. The busses are close to go downtown or on an adventure. Internet is available at the pool and the staff are very helpful. Enjoy your stay!

secure and spacious house

the house is very spacious, comfortable and modern. is very close to shops and a little market. the pool is not big but is enough to keep the kids entertained. it is in a gated community and the entranced is hidden so pay attention. we really like it and it suited well for our group of 11

An enjoyable place

My family and I really enjoyed the place. It's clean, comfortable and near 2 large grocery stores and the beach. Our only concern was the Internet connexion. We would have preferred having a router inside the house rather than having to walk to the pool every time. Also, the connexion was slow by today's standard, short-range and was even down after supper. The spa wasn't functioning (not a problem for us), but instead of repairing it, I suggest to replace it with a small garden.

We really enjoyed this house, nice and comfortable

We were not so sure about renting a house in Puerto Vallarta because we were afraid that we would be disappointed if the house was less than what we expected, however, the house was beyond our expectations! We were very impressed, the house is so clean and well-kept and the air conditioning in each room was awesome. We were communicating with the owner Hugo and he was very friendly and accommodating, our experience would've been even better if the woman in charge of the key had been as friendly and accomadating as he was because 2 days after we arrived she went to the house upset because she couldn't get ahold of us and wanted to know when we would be leaving. Other than that we had a great time at the house and we will rent the house again in the near future!

Could be much better

The owners need to invest in new linens for all the beds, and new towels. The linens and towels were very worn and very stained. It was difficult to tell if they were clean. The sofa had two large holes in the seat cushion. The blinds were missing slats in some of the rooms. No privacy there. Outdoor furniture was old and broken and unusable. Kitchen drawers were dirty inside. No can opener. We did like the spacious space to spread out. This could be nice with a minimal investment from the owner. Would not stay there again until fixed up.

Awesome house!

We stayed at this house for two weeks in January 2017. We couldn't have been happier with it. It met all our needs. It was close to everything and is in a gated community. There is a Sam's Club and a WalMart around the corner and the buses are right in front. We felt very safe. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Our 10-year old grandson had fun in the pool. The beach is a short walk away. The house itself is very roomy. It was clean and well maintained. Nice bright kitchen with a big island. Master bedroom and ensuite are on the main floor and the three other bedrooms are upstairs, along with a delightful balcony where we played cards at night. Overall, this house and its location made our vacation very memorable. We may try to rent it again next year! We would definitely recommend this property. One important note - Mr. Hugo Gomez, the property owner, was wonderful to deal with prior to our arrival. Any questions we had, he responded immediately. Thank you so much, Hugo!

We Loved It!

Thanks Hugo! the process on how to rent the home was very easy which made our arrival fast & smooth because Norma was very pleasant and helpful, gave us the rules & a mini tour of the house, it's exactly what it looks like in the pictures plus more, it was a bummer that the washer and dryer did not work :(( but, thank God for AC in every room! the only bad experience we had was, they already profiled us because we showed up with a group of 17 but, we are all Family. we were getting complaints about,having a certain amount at the pool area & whatever else the neighbors/hood complained about, BUT we did not go to Puerto Vallarta to rent a house and stay in doors, we came to tour the beautiful city. 14 of us stayed in the home & the rest stayed with family that live in PVO Thanks again Hugo for letting us stay in your home, the people in Puerto Vallarta are beautiful, we would definately recommend this property to our family & friend & will go back to visit sooner then later!

Winter Stay in Puerto Vallarta

We enjoyed our stay at Hugo's residence. It was spacious, close to Wal-Mart, the beach, shopping and a cute little bar at the corner. It was nice for all of our family (wide range of ages) and easy to find from the airport. Hugo was very responsive and kind in each of our communications and flexible when we had to change dates. We loved the home-atmosphere and the ability to have our kids come and go. It was fantastic to have the washer and dryer available as well as a full kitchen to cook. Our only suggestion was to have additional towels in the bathroom (we ran out and washed frequently as there were not enough for each person). Just a suggestion for anyone staying would to have on your initial email to remind others to be prepared to buy dish soap, paper towels, extra toilet paper and garbage sacks. We arrived late and with so many of us needed these items right away. Those staying in a home for the first time might not know those would have limited quantities at the house. The areas is very safe, and the security is amazing and very kind. The pool security was strict and we did not have an easy time entering as she stood next to our chairs the entire time we were in pool, which made us feel a bit awkward. We ended up just spending time at the beach which is very close. The pool attnendant also told us there was not wi-fi for use. We did find out how to use it at a later time from the office manager. Otherwise, it was a very amazing stay and hope to stay again. It is perfect for families, large groups of friends or families with young kids! We loved it!

Lovely villa in a safe complex

This place has potential to be amazing- if a few things are remedied. Perfect for 3-4 couples or a family . Large, modern, nice kitchen! Communications excellent. But just wasn’t completely ready for us. No drinking water, no gas for the stove or hot water. The dishwasher, very smelly …until we finally ran it with hot water. no dish cloths or tea towels and floor needed a wash. the lovely manager brought us water the next day refilled our gas - plus a kettle & few other things we needed right away! The door key never worked from the outside - so the house was never locked when we left it. But the little complex felt very SAFE, and the security guard at the gate was so sweet. Needs a welcome book in the house to explain things ( like appliances and how to refill our large water bottle) “.leave your empty bottle at a neighbours with 40 pesos”….that never worked (10 days)!!! So we bought a new bottle from another company that comes every 2-3 days…refills should be 40 pesos if you are lucky to see him go by. Before booking, i would ask Hugo the owner if they have replaced the dilapidated furniture on the upper deck,if a deck is important to you. Those chairs were NOT useable. And just ok on lower patio. (No view from patio - fully walled in - nice shade I guess. We would come back tho-IF the furniture was replaced -but we would bring our own kitchen linen, bathroom soap, cork screw, table cloth for old table on patio. Loved the pool & gardens!

Séjour de 2 mois, 2 couples. Maison spacieuse, moderne, et bien située (plage, supermarché, bus…).Environnement immédiat incroyablement bruyant (tous les jours incluant le samedi matin) en raison de la construction de 2 gros buildings et de 2 maisons (ne seront pas terminés de sitôt). Pas de lave vaisselle ni de jacuzzi fonctionnels, contrairement à la description. Mobilier de patio insuffisant et très usés. Wifi faible. À notre arrivée, pas d’eau chaude, pas de serviette, plusieurs ampoules de plafond grillées, pas d’eau embouteillée, pas suffisamment de verres et de vaisselle pour 4, propreté moyenne (ex.: micro-ondes, stores). Trop cher pour un tel manque de qualité. Très déçus.

We spent 2 weeks in the best place in the world. Close to the marina. Did lots of shopping. Spent lots of time at the pool and beach. Way better than a hotel. The people who live in the neighborhood are super friendly. I would go back in a heartbeat.

April was FANTASTIC

On the plus side; the manager April went to extreme lengths to ensure we were happy. Night time phone calls morning calls, didn't matter. She was on top of any issue. On the negative side; the hot water was a problem in the upstairs showers. The towels were found the 2nd day still in the dryer. A couple bugs in the kitchen, and most remote controls did not work. Had to share the working remotes.
