Louez votre propre villa avec un personnel pour répondre à tous vos besoins. Pas de nettoyage, pas d'épicerie, pas de buanderie, vous pouvez simplement profiter d'une belle villa mexicaine de 4000 pieds carrés surplombant la baie de Banderas et Puerto Vallarta.

La villa est située sur le côté sud de Puerto Vallarta à environ 15 minutes à pied de la plage de Los Muertos. Un mobilier de bon goût orne toute la maison sur trois étages. Le premier étage est l'emplacement du salon, de la salle à manger et de la cuisine. Des portes-fenêtres ouvrent sur la terrasse avec une piscine privée chauffée (de novembre à mars). Il s'agit d'une piscine privée pour la villa et non partagée.

La maison est devenue «verte». Il y a des panneaux électriques solaires et un chauffe-eau solaire pour aider à fournir une partie de l'électricité et la plupart de l'eau chaude.

La maison a un système d'eau purifiée, pas besoin d'acheter de l'eau en bouteille.

Un grand escalier circulaire avec des vitraux vous mène aux deuxième et troisième étages. La suite principale occupe tout le deuxième étage avec une chambre, un placard et une salle de bain fantastique avec un jacuzzi en plein air. Il dispose d'un lit king-size.

Le troisième étage a deux chambres avec salles de bain privées. Une chambre a deux lits doubles et l'autre a un lit queen.

La quatrième chambre est sous la piscine et possède sa propre entrée privée séparée. Il y a deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent être transformés en un lit king size.

Il y a des téléviseurs intelligents à écran plat ou un lecteur DVD intelligent dans le salon et toutes les chambres pour que vous puissiez regarder Netflix. Izzi est le câblo-opérateur local.

Telmex WIFI sans fil dans toute la propriété. Appels téléphoniques gratuits vers les États-Unis et le Canada. Téléphone VOIP pour que les gens puissent vous appeler gratuitement depuis les États-Unis.

Amenez les enfants et les petits-enfants. Une chaise haute et un parc sont disponibles. Vous pouvez louer une poussette et d'autres équipements pour bébés ici à Puerto Vallarta afin que vous n'ayez pas à les apporter avec vous. Veuillez vous renseigner à ce sujet.

La villa a une femme de chambre et un chef. Ils vous gâteront et créeront des vacances vraiment relaxantes. Vous serez libéré de la cuisine, du nettoyage et de la lessive. Vous pouvez emballer un peu plus léger car vous aurez fait votre lessive personnelle. Vous pouvez choisir dans le menu Villa Rosa jusqu'à deux repas par jour. Ou dites simplement à Carlos ce que vous aimeriez avoir. Carlos et Vanessa feront les courses pour vous une fois que vous leur aurez donné de l'argent. C'est vraiment une façon insouciante de partir en vacances.
Le concierge de la Villa Rosa ou Carlos peut organiser le transport de l'aéroport, des gâteaux d'anniversaire, des fleurs, des réservations de visites, des groupes de mariachis ou tout ce que vous souhaitez avoir.

Pour améliorer encore votre expérience, des «services de spa» à Villa Rosa sont disponibles moyennant des frais supplémentaires. C'est pour les hommes et les femmes. Des massages, des coiffures, des coupes de cheveux, des pédicures, des manucures et des soins du visage sont disponibles à un prix raisonnable. Cela peut être organisé à l'avance ou à votre arrivée.

De plus, si vous en avez besoin, des services d'accueil à l'aéroport sont disponibles. Une personne vous rencontrera à l'aéroport, vous donnera une brève orientation à Puerto Vallarta et vous emmènera directement à la Villa Rosa. Beautiful villa in the hills of Puerto Vallarta

We had an unforgettable weekend at villa rosa. The house is a beautifully designed oasis in zona romántica with easy access to downtown and the beach. Carlos and Vanessa were exceptional hosts and made our stay wonderful. They were so sweet and the food they prepared was delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

PV Stay

The villa was great for our group of 7 adults and 1 infant. Plenty of room to spread out but also great gathering areas. As others mention, the hills to walk up to the villa are very steep, and the villa itself has lots of stairs and ledges so would probably not be a great option for anyone with mobility issues. We did not utilize the room over the garage so cannot speak to that, but all the other rooms were great.

Best birthday ever

The pictures of this place are great, but seeing it in person is a whole other adventure! The villa is gorgeous and sits atop a hill that looks over PV. Waking up every morning and being able to see the ocean was insane! Carlos and Vanessa are top notch, and Tom was quick to answer any problems that arose. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to the best stay of their lives! Take me back 🙈

Perfect family get away

We booked this property because it would accommodate all of our young adult children. The property was gorgeous, very clean, and in a great location. We opted to have Vanessa and Carlos prepare some of the meals and were thrilled! The food was amazing and I got to enjoy the vacation alongside my family without the stress of meal prep and cleanup. Would love to stay here again.

Third stay at Villa Rosa

This is our third stay at Villa Rosa. When we have large groups coming to Puerto Vallarta we choose this site because the property owner contacts us personally, the home is immaculately clean and well maintained by Vanessa and Carlos, and we love the food prepared by both. The margaritas and pico de gallo are our favorites.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect. 10 minute walk and you’re in the heart of zona romantica! It was a steep walk back to the villa fyi, but manageable. Vanessa and Carlos were fantastic and made our stay so perfect!

Terrific stay at this PV villa

We LOVED staying at this villa with our extended family: four adults, four kids (mostly teens). Carlos and Vanessa do a terrific job of providing breakfasts and dinners (restaurant-quality food) and housekeeping. The pool is convenient and relaxing; the villa is beautiful; and the view is spectacular. You’re close to the beach (tip: the nearby El Dorado Restaurant has a “beach club” whereby you can hang out on lounge chairs under their umbrellas all afternoon in return for a minimum food/drink tab - call in advance to reserve). And the Old Town and Malecon are also nearby. Just a few things we’d want to know beforehand: (1) you should be sure your group is prepared for a steep walk back uphill from the beach; (2) the bedroom/bath downstairs is detached from the main floors and can seem a little removed and less comfortable (some kids may not mind this); (3) a “tip” for Carlos and Vanessa, $10/day/guest, is expected, so their services are not really fully included in the rental price (still a bargain compared to tourist-area restaurants); and (4) during our stay there was some significant noise from construction on the property next door – you might want to check with Tom, your host, about the current status. Having said all that, ours was a stellar vacation experience and we’d be happy to come back again! Highly recommend.

Incredible Stay at Villa Rosa!

Our stay at Villa Rosa was incredible. Carlos and Vanessa were wonderful and took great care of us. We loved them both. Our food was beautifully prepared and tasted fantastic. We had the same thing for breakfast twice! The Villa was the perfect size for 5 of us. Plenty of room to spread out or hang together. It was incredibly clean. Having our laundry and shopping done when needed was something we were all very grateful for. It allowed us to relax even more. The pool and patio were of course favorite hang out spots. The views from all of the rooms and pool were stunning. Javier is the driver for the Villa and he was so accommodating. He took such great care of us. Making sure we got where we needed, picked up and safely home. We absolutely loved him. The only struggle we had was the Wi-Fi signal isn't the fastest at the house. We will be staying there again the next time we are in Vallarta !! Thank you for having such an incredible place for us to create beautiful memories. Peace. Michele, Deb, Deborah, Michael & Carol

50th Birthday Vacation

Villa Rosa did not disappoint. The villa is has lovely as the pictures show. All the rooms were sufficient. I did have to get used to the openness in the master bathroom (no door to the outside world) always checking before I went in there to make sure there were no unwanted critters, which there was not. Carlos and Vanessa were very helpful and gracious. There was a mix-up with all the housekeys and which went to what doors so that could be better explained. The lock on the upstairs bar door was a bit tricky to maneuver and which address to give our uber driver was also a challenge because both ways are very narrow and curvy. Other than those things, our trip was Magnificent!!! We would most sure stay here again and would recommend to all!!

Fabulous beyond compare

The property was very much as represented in the photos. But the feeling and "vibe" of the place and the kindness and helpfulness of Vanessa and Carlos made this a wonderful and memorable stay. It might be worth noting to other visitors that among all of her other talents, Vanessa makes amazing cakes!!

Great stay!

It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta and wanted a private house to avoid the crowds due to COVID and let me tell you, this house did not disappoint. The house is beautiful, spacious and in a great location with easy access to the malecón. But the highlight of the trip was the amazing service of Vanessa and Carlos aka chef and maid, we chose to eat in most breakfasts and dinners and it was amazing, restaurant worthy food, and they were to accommodate everyone’s taste buds , even our picky eaters. Vanessa and Carlos also had great recommendations of activities and places to visit. Overall our first visit to Puerto Vallarta was amazing and it was largely due to this property and the service provided by Tom the owner and of course Vanessa and Carlos. The owner provided us with detailed instructions of the house and what to expect with maps and menu options prior to arrival. When we arrived at the property we were greeted with snacks and beverages of our choice and they even prepared dinner on our first night. We definitely plan on visiting again.

An amazing villa experience

Our stay at the Villa was amazing overall. The property was beautifully tucked on the cliff. Vanessa and Carlos were super accommodating and really made some delicious food and very hospitable. The only complaint we have is the bottom bedroom we nicknamed the kid quarters. The bedroom and beds aren’t up to the same quality to the rest of the property. The beds specifically seemed small and very uncomfortable. Our guests ended up sleeping on couches, because of how uncomfortable that room was.

Amazing experience

My group of 8 stayed and have such a great experience. Carlos and Vanessa were amazing and the brunch Vanessa prepared each day was the best food we had the entire time we were in Puerto Vallarta. The location is great, everything was a 15 (or less) walk…that hill will have your legs sore for days to come but I didn’t mind. If I come back, I’m hoping to book the same house

Hidden Gem - Amazing Views and Great Location

Highly recommended! The property was perfect for our group of friends to reconnect over New Years and enjoy Puerto Vallarta. Villa Rosa was very charming, comfortable, and well equipped. In particular, the heated pool was great given the shaded hillside location. Hidden away at the end of a street above the Old Town, we were able to enjoy views of the city in a quiet location while having easy access to bars, restaurants, and beaches (it is a steep walk, but was fast for our group.) The staff was very kind and attentive. Our group enjoyed all of our meals. Communication was excellent.

This property has it all. It is close to town, has a heated pool, 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, perfect for a family or group. The staff is fantastic. I love standing in the pool and looking out over the city. It is just heaven on earth to stand in the pool with your favorite beverage and look out over the city.
