Gypsy Point offers seasonal views of the lake from November to May, which can be enjoyed from either of its two decks. The upper-level deck presents an ideal spot for outdoor dining, complete with a gas grill, while the covered lower deck provides access to scenic views and a private firepit.

Upon entering through the French doors, you'll find yourself in the main living area, where your attention will be immediately drawn to the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows. This inviting space comprises a cozy and comfortable family room with ample seating. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area are also located on this level. The family room boasts a wood-burning fireplace, seating for eight, and a smart TV for streaming your favorite apps. The updated kitchen features modern appliances and additional seating at the island, while the dining room offers a generous table for six, overlooking the mountains. Two bedrooms with queen beds, sharing a full bathroom, are also conveniently located on the main level.

Descending to the lower level, you'll discover the primary bedroom, which includes a king bed, a flat screen TV, a wood-burning fireplace, access to the covered deck, and an attached full bathroom. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a deep soaking tub. Large windows adorn both the master suite and the private office, providing captivating views. Additionally, the lower level encompasses a laundry room and grants access to the lower deck. Relish your morning coffee, evening cocktails, or dinner on either of the decks, while enjoying the melodious tunes of birds and the nearby waterfall situated at the end of the lake. Located down the steps from the lower deck, you'll discover a charming private fire pit, adding to the charm of the outdoor space. You can also take advantage of the neighborhood tennis court or take a short five-minute drive to the Pines Recreation Area for sunbathing, swimming, and picnicking along the picturesque shores of Lake Glenville. Excellent restaurants are within a 10–15-minute drive, or you can venture to Cashiers, just a 20-minute drive away, where numerous dining and shopping options await.
