The Space:
Welcome to Southside Townie!

This fun and newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bath loft is in the beating heart of Southside Chattanooga. There is always something happening in the Southside, and this lovely modern townhouse is the perfect launching pad for you to stroll or pedal a rental bike through the city and sample the local art, shopping, and culinary experiences.

Featuring an airy, open plan, this three-level loft first welcomes you into its tasteful kitchen/living room space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils.

The second level features a king-bed master suite with a bathroom and washer/dryer. On the third level is a full-bed sleeping area that opens onto a rooftop balcony, furnished with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining or just relaxing and enjoying a sunset after a long day of exploration.  On the third-level balcony, you will also have stunning views of Lookout Mountain! The balcony was just re-stained and has new furniture as well!

0.4 mile – Station Street, formerly an alleyway, has been renovated to become pedestrian-friendly, providing patio access to restaurants and entertainment venues and an outdoor space for special events.
0.5 mile – Chattanooga Choo-Choo historic train station. Recently renovated, new additions include Frothy Monkey, STIR, American Draft, Regan’s Place, Westbound Bar, Gate 11 Distillery, Refinery 423, Sweetly Southern, Back Stage Bar, and the relocation of The Comedy Catch.
0.7 mile – Bike Chattanooga. $8 daily pass or $15 three-day pass.
0.8 mile – Sculpture Fields at Montague Park. A 33-acre public park populated with sculptures from all over the world. The largest sculpture park in the Southeast beckons visitors from near and far.
2.9 miles – Lookout Mountain Inclined Railway. Ride this century-old railway to historic sites and trails with impressive vistas.
10.3 miles – Signal Mountain. This peaceful suburban town is known for wooded hiking trails leading to serene lakes, and waterfalls, and overlooks like Signal Point, with views of the Tennessee River. The area’s thriving arts scene includes open-air summer plays and musicals at the Signal Mountain Playhouse and the Mountain Opry, which hosts bluegrass concerts in a nearby community hall.
