The house was really cute and super clean!! Communications with Courtney were excellent and she answered any questions immediately. The bed was really comfortable and we felt at home. Loved the porch swing and wraparound porch!
This house was exactly as described and pictured. The neighborhood was quiet at night and the house was clean and comfortable. We loved having the space and being minutes from everything.
The space was very nice.
Clean, quiet area, and great space!
I will definetly be using this host again.
There was great communication from the day before to check out.
Very clean little two bedroom cottage on quiet street. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied. Sofa comfy. Beautiful hardwood floors. Nice covered porch but we did not take advantage of due to the heat. The air conditioning worked great. I would definitely stay here again!
Thanks for the hospitality.
My brother and I had a very nice stay here over the Labor Day weekend. We both enjoy playing board games, so the dedicated table for that was great!
We were very pleasantly surprised by the good selection of cookware and seasonings present, though I was not able to locate any measuring cups when I went to make breakfast.
My wife and I intend to look at this property again for our next trip to the Chattanooga area!
We came to Chattanooga because of its proximity to state parks and wilderness trips. We were not disappointed! Courtneyâs house was quite close to numerous activities and was priced right for us. A quiet neighborhood, relaxing older house, and just the right amenities made this a 5-star stay for us. Make sure you can survive with just one bathroom, though. We enjoyed our long weekend (and plenty of local pubs, breweries, and people) in this charming town.
The property was just as described and pictured. Beds very comfortable. AC worked great. Single bathroom nice but could use counter space. Washer/ dryer worked great. Kitchen supplied well enough for cooking meals if wanted. Neighborhood is in midst of nice renewal.. Overall we would definitely recommend staying.
My family and I loved the house. The beds and living room were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home (pots, pans, coffee, etc). Cortney was very helpful and communicated to make sure we were settling in. Thereâs also a lot of parking. The neighborhood caught us a bit off-guard upon arrival, but thank goodness, no incidents transpired. We are so grateful to our hosts for providing us a cozy space with all its amenities!
Youâll have all you need for a short visit here. Itâs close to all the attractions in Chattanooga. Itâs a cute little home in a quiet older neighborhood. The beds were cozy and the porch swing was nice. There isnât AC, if needed there is a fan. There are some bright lights outside that shine into the rooms at night, as well as no curtains for privacy on the kitchen windows that show out to the street. I do wish there were better coffee/creamers offered. All in all, it was just fine for an overnight visit :)
The home worked out well four our stay for Ironman Chattanooga 70.3. It was my wife and I and our two children (6 and 8). Only thing that could have made it better was if one of the rooms had twin beds as getting our two to sleep in a queen together is a challenge, but we knew that going in. Otherwise, the home was comfortable, with modern touches like Google Assistants in every room, which the kids enjoyed talking to. Layout of the property led to limited yard space if that is important to you.
The house was immaculately cleaned, smelled really nice! :)) Recommend a little more privacy, add curtains to the kitchen window and front door. Too many voice assistants in the house, felt like we were being listened too so we unplugged. Preferred it would have had deadbolt locks on the inside to feel safe. Also lacks a full size mirror, too short to reach the mirrors in the house. A magnifying mirror for makeup would be a nice touch for those of us who need it ;)) The huge tree that fell on the driveway, due to wind, could have been bad, luckily we were not there when it happened, it would have landed on our car. Tree trimming away from the house would be beneficial to avoid claims. Overall, we loved the house & the cleanliness. Thank You!
kitchen could have been better stocked, only 1 thin kitchen towel(suggest 3) and only 1 face towel (also suggest 3) Maybe some cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap.Pillows were WAY too stiff and bed pillows too thick and hard. Directions for operating tv would be helpful but we figured it out. Otherwise place was clean and quiet.
We loved this little place, absolutely perfect for us. Quiet, chill atmosphere and a kitchen with just about anything you could want and a porch swing that my son and I both loved. We might make this an annual thing
