Had a great stay! The location was great with easy access to stores, coffee shops and Frazier Street. A free bluegrass fest was held at Ross Landing during our stay which was a quick walk across the bridge. We would stay here again.

This was the perfect location for our weekend in Chattanooga. Funding a pet-friendly stay so close to the North Shore was just what we needed. Communication with Carrie was easy and she was quick to respond.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and loved it. Walking distance to so much, safe area, responsive host. Can’t ask for much more!

Perfect location

Was in Chattanooga for the Chatt Film Fest being held at the Theatre Center on North Shore. Was able to walk to that and many restaurants and businesses. Perfect for me.

Perfect location

Cute cottage that’s in a great spot for walking anywhere you want to go. The Publix is right at your front door so don’t bother with basic groceries for your stay. We were able to pack in lots of activities due to the location.

Place was great, great location, price was good and quick response from renter. Could improve shower water pressure and clean up back yard but would rent again.

The house was perfectly located for vacationing in Chattanooga. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The Tennessee Aquarium and bridge is also within walking distance. The house met all of mine and my husband’s expectations. The house was clean, central air kept the house cool, water pressure was good. It was located in a low traffic area which was good for walking our dog. The reason I gave 4 starts was because I think ceiling fans would have given the house some air flow. There was 1 ceiling fan in 1 bedroom that didn't work. I talked with Carrie the owner after we checked out. She is going to make sure the fan will be fixed. My husband and I would stay in this house again.

Wonderful place to stay in Chatt!

Our family stayed here on a short getaway for our first time visiting Chattanooga. This place is incredible! Despite have two young children, it was still a very easy and beautiful walk to downtown. The home was so charming and clean, just the right amount of space for our family of 4. A Publix across the street was very convenient as was the park by the river. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Chatt, put this one at the top of your list!

Great rental on Northshore Chattanooga

HVAC isn’t usually the first thing I think of when reviewing, but record high temps this week - no problem for this house! The house was extremely clean, stayed wonderfully cool, great location, and we were able to watch a most welcome storm sweep down the valley from the big front window. I’d absolutely recommend this rental to anyone staying in Chattanooga- best place we’ve found so far.

Comfortable and Convenient

My wife and I recently stayed at this property and were extremely impressed with its location and amenities. The property was in an excellent spot, close to all the best restaurants and shops on the North Shore, all within walking distance. The house came well appointed, including a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of space for the two of us. Larger groups might feel a little cramped. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Chattanooga!

Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay! It's cozy & very clean. It worked great for our family of 4. We didn't cook but the kitchen is fully stocked. The host put thought into little details (laundry soap, towels, kitchen utensils, couch pillows, decor). It is in a great location with parking. We loved the walkable neighborhood! You can walk to so many restaurants, a grocery store and shops. We walked to walnut street bridge easily to go downtown too. The host was great! She was responsive and easy to coordinate with. We'd absolutely stay here again!
