-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. 

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $28 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

Pet Policy:
2 pet max- dogs ONLY! 40 lb max weight limit.
ALL pets must be verified with property manager!
Pet Fee: $50/pet

Rules:
No pets on the furniture.
No pets to be left unattended.
No using bowls from the kitchen for your pet.
Clean up after your pet. Inside and OUT!

If an unreported pet is found to be staying in a property or you violate one of the above, you will be charged $200.00 and asked to leave without a refund.

- Cell service inside the house is very limited. Although, we typically use the wifi calling feature and it works great!

- Level 2 EV Charger available to guests. $20 for entire stay. Please inform us if you plan on using the EV Charger before your stay.

- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.

This property is professionally managed by Hostie Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!
Guests will have access to the entire house and yard area, but not the garage.
Space includes 2 queen beds, 2 baths. Full kitchen, Keurig, outdoor grill, Level 2 EV Charger... everything you need! Relax on the back patio, and grill steaks while you enjoy the serene countryside!
