Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Completely remodeled 1890’s farmhouse located in Warrenton behind Zapp Hall. It is 4 miles from Round Top. Marburger Farm is only a mile and Junk Gypsy is 3 miles. It is walking distance to all of Warrenton. During the antique show you are next to all the great shopping.

Amazing Stay

Second time to stay at this property. Definitely plan on coming back. Extremely clean and well kept. We brought our own water and coffee- but they even had drip coffee available and some bottled waters in the fridge. We used the two downstairs beds and they are very comfortable.The location is TRULY unbeatable! You can walk to all of your favorite Warrenton shopping.

Best place to stay!

The cottage was the perfect getaway spot with all the luxuries of life included. Very clean, well stocked and well maintained home that provided my husband and I and our friends relaxation and respite. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and I cannot wait to go back!

Mom/Daughter Round Top Overnight

Our stay was lovely! Communication and check-in process went flawlessly. The cottage was very clean & cozy. We loved having 2 separate bedrooms, bath and a kitchen for late night snacks and early morning coffee before hitting the tents. We have already booked again for Spring 2025!

MOTHER DAUGHTER GET AWAY

My daughter found this Barbie doll house on-line and it truly was a wonderful experience. I needed a quiet laid-back couple of days and this was the perfect choice. The jack and jill bathroom worked perfect for us. The only thing missing was a rocking chair on the porch and a swimming pool. I look forward to a return visit in the fall.

Beautiful hide away

We loved our stay in this beautiful cottage. Sitting in the rocking chairs of the porch listening to the birds was a perfect way to begin and end one's day.

Cute Little House

Was perfect for our small little family. Quick overnight stay for a family/friend wedding in LaGrange. Would definitely book again for a weekend in Warrenton for my family or a girls trip. Very clean & had everything we needed for our overnight stay!!!

Terrible Description

My friends and I booked this house based on the pictures an description given by the owners. When we pulled in, we were stunned to see the house was surrounded by campers, RVs, trailers, etc. People were literally walking all around the house all day/night. You could not be on either porch without people being right on top of you. Men were sitting outside their RV’s watching TV all morning. At midnight of the only night we stayed, a RV pulled up and set up literally right along side the house - along the bedroom wall. If you looked out the bedroom windows, you were looking right into their kitchen. We contacted the owner and we’re basically told too bad. If you have ever been to Warrenton, this house is literally right in the parking lot, just behind all the vendors of the show. I would never recommend to anyone to stay here.

Great location

Our stay was short, but it was perfect. We came during the spring show and spent one day in Round Top and the other in Warrenton. It is very close to all the shopping in Warrenton. Our only surprise was how many travel trailers and people were right by our house.

Great location!

The house was so cute! Very clean and comfortable. We stayed on a Monday night and the weather was a bit dreary, but there was very little noise from the people around us in their RVs. We would definitely like to stay there again!

Very clean, modern and comfortable. Was difficult to locate in the dark. Better directions off the road would have helped. One amenity would have been coffee and a newer one serve coffee maker. Don't get my wrong, the place was great!

Beautiful Farmhouse!

The little farmhouse was expertly finished and decorated. We loved the shiplap, the details, the attention that was paid to design choices, space layout, and finishes in this property. I wanted to pick up the whole house and move it to our property! That being said, it was a little disconcerting for my mother when we arrived and there were RVs in the pasture around us. Everyone there was quiet and we had zero issues with our "neighbors," so it wasn't as big of a deal as my mother worried it may be, though. Overall, it was an excellent property, well-cared for, and I would stay here again!

QUAINT AND COMFORTABLE

LOVELY COTTAGE. CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Just across from the Lone Star Glamp, where we attended a wedding.
