Private luxury suite 10 minutes from Round Top, TX. Enjoy a flood of natural light, spectacular views, and some peace & quiet in this eclectic space designed with the comfort of guests in mind. This private suite offers guests a relaxing get-away in the country, far from stress-inducing traffic & smog smothered horizons. Spend your nights cuddled up to a campfire and listen to the coyotes howl as you gaze up at the diamond filled sky. Stay awhile & take-in what it means to live the country life.

The space is a private guest suite with private entrance attached to our 100+ year old farmhouse. Sometimes we will be staying in the attached farmhouse but will always try and give our guests plenty of privacy.

Main bedroom includes:
*Queen Bed
*Sitting area with sofa
*12' vanity counter (can be used as a desk or dining counter)
*Mini fridge
*Microwave
*TV/ blu-ray player for viewing movies only (movies available upon request)
*We don not currently have WiFi but there is free Wifi in Round Top

Loft Bedroom Includes:
*4 twin beds that can be configured into 1 King bed
*Mini Fridge

Bathroom Includes:
* Clawfoot tub
*Walk-in Shower with massage jets and hand-held wand
* 2 Sink Vanities
* Large private toilet room
* Towels
* Shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash

PRICING
+Weekdays= $150/night for 2 guests
+Weekends= $175/ night for 2 guests
+Antiques Weeks= $225/night for 2 guests
+Add $25/night for each additional guest up to 6 guests
+There will be a $50 cleaning fee per booking. Guests with pets will also pay an additional $25/pet cleaning fee.

All bookings will include breakfast items such as yogurt, fruit, cereal bars and the like.

The Nesting Suite sleeping accommodations:
*A queen bed on the ground level (Leesa memory foam mattress)
*A large loft space with 4 twin beds that can be pushed together and stacked to create a comfy King bed (foam mattresses)

***Guests sleeping in the loft will need to be able to safely climb a ladder and will have to crouch or crawl while in the loft. The highest point in the loft is 5'2".
