As hosts, we like to respect your privacy but we are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby! This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. No parties, please :) If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

On the day of check-in, we will send you a digital guidebook. In this digital guidebook, you will find all the necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, day trips, and much more!

Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes (at the front and rear doors). There are no cameras inside the property.

Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and in the hot tub. Breaking this rule will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

Lastly, last-minute and unapproved late checkouts result in a $300 late checkout fee or 20% of the total reservation, whichever is greater.

During your stay the below maintenance may take place:
- The hot tub crew usually stops by every Wednesday.
- The lawn care team typically drops by every Tuesday.
- The trash company collect garbage every Tuesday morning or on Wednesday.
