Welcome to your charming home away from home! Designed to provide utmost comfort, this delightful retreat is ideal for families seeking quality time or adventurers in need of a Denver home base. This 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features 2 living spaces, a gourmet galley kitchen, furnished patio space with a new 7-seat lux jetted tub. With its cozy atmosphere, this homestead offers a memorable and comfortable stay. Make unforgettable memories in this inviting getaway!
Our customer service team is here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you.We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure.
We are happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Bedroom 1 (Master) - In this bedroom you will have a king-sized bed, a comfortable chair, a massive walk in closet that has access directly into the upstairs bathrooms
Bedroom 2 - Features a king bed with a spacious closet. The bathroom is just across the hall
Living room/Kitchen - This open-concept space is where you’ll hang out most. A spacious kitchen will make cooking easy for your group. There is a large dining table that sits next to a couple of new, comfortable sofas.
DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 3 - This room is directly to the left at the bottom of the stairs. It opens up to the living/family room downstairs and connects to bedroom number 4. The egress windows provide great natural light. The bedroom is equipped with a cozy king-sized bed and a large dresser.
Bedroom 4 - located adjacent to bedroom 3, this bedroom sports a queen-sized mattress. There is also a large egress window in here.
Bedroom 5 - located at the end of the hall just passed the bathroom. This room has a queen bed.
Living room - In this room you will find a large chalkboard, games, a smart TV and ample seating
Utility room - Here is the washer and dryer, along with the tankless hot water heater and furnace
BACKYARD
The spacious, fenced yard features a ground-level patio deck with propane BBQ, a covered dining set for 8+, additional bench seating, and designated corn hole play space.
Relax and rejuvenate in a brand new 7-seat Master Spa luxury hot tub, equipped with 39 hydrotherapy jets and an LED-lit cascading waterfall. This spacious seven-person whirlpool spa features contoured therapy seats to provide maximum comfort. The hydrotherapy jets are strategically positioned to target the areas of stress and offer optimal muscle-kneading force.
Some patio furniture will be in storage over winter months.
