We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

The stylish master suite includes a private bathroom, ample closet space, and comfortable king bed. All rooms come equipped with room-darkening shades, soft linens, and Green Leaf memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful stay.

With 3 full bathrooms, you’ll enjoy modern furnishings, expansive vanities, and high-end amenities like hotel-grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One bathroom even features a walk-in shower/tub combo for added convenience.
The open-concept kitchen is a chef’s dream—fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a blender, coffee maker, baking sheet, wine glasses, and all the cooking basics you’ll need. Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.

The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
