BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This updated home features four lovely bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind.
The first two bedrooms are on the main level. The master bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed, large closet and attached bathroom with a standing shower and double sinks. This room also has an HD TV, dresser and a private balcony overlooking the backyard.
The second room has a comfortable Queen bed, HD TV, closet and dresser. The main bathroom is on this floor and has a tub/shower combo and complimentary shampoo, body wash and conditioner. There is also plenty of counter space as well as a hair dryer and makeup remover wipes.
There are 2 more comfortable bedrooms- one King and one Queen- in the finished basement. These rooms both have closets, dressers and HD TVs.
There is another full bathroom in the basement that features a tub/shower combo and complimentary toiletries.
KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM
The main floor of the home also has the bright, updated kitchen, living room and dining room with a table for six.
The full-sized kitchen has all brand-new stainless-steel appliances including a microwave, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, and silverware. The counter space features stools so you can relax at the countertop, or you can sit in the large dining room.
The bright living room features large windows with lovely views, comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, a large HD Roku TV and access to the spacious outdoor deck. The deck has a propane grill and plenty of comfortable lounging furniture.
BASEMENT
Downstairs, in the finished basement, you will find another large HD Roku TV, a comfortable sofa and a foosball table. The basement also has a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker and sink.
The basement features a full laundry room as well as access to the fully fenced backyard area.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside and experience the ultimate in outdoor living with our private back deck and yard. There’s easy access through the double doors upstairs or through the door in the basement. Upstairs, there is a huge deck featuring mountain views, an outdoor dining table and a grill. Downstairs, there is plenty of grass space as well as lounging furniture, a hot tub and an above-ground pool (open in summer months).

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Sprouts Farmers Market, Starbucks, Apple Ridge Café, and Discovery Playground Park, with great views of the Rocky Mountains. Wheat Ridge rec center across Kipling St.
You may see around the property the occasional wildlife including rabbits, raccoons, a variety of birds and insects, even the occasional garden snake. Just let them do their thing, and enjoy it when you are lucky enough to see an occasional sighting.
Getting Around:
There are endless biking and jogging trails nearby, such as Clear Creek Park, just south of the house, that can connect you with Boulder to Downtown Denver. Bus routes are a short drive to 10189 West 53rd Avenue, Arvada, CO 80002 and takes you to the new Arvada Ridge G-Line Light rail to Denver Union Station.
