The Space:
The home sleeps 10 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 living areas. On the main level you will find the open living/kitchen area with a fully stocked kitchen, large patio with seating and a gas grill. The main level is also where bedroom #1 and bed #2 is located both with ensuite baths and one with a king bed and the other with a queen. In the basement, you will find living area #2 with 2 futon sofas, board games and card games and more! The basement is where bedroom the twin/twin bunks are located w/attached full bathroom. The top floor of the home is where you will find another kind bedroom w/ attached full jacuzzi bath, private enclosed patio and separate office nook/game room area with pool table and dartboard.

Outside you will find the brand new hot tub, fire pit, and grilling station.

If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

The home is located in the gated community of The Coosawattee Resort Mountain in Ellijay GA, only 20 minutes from Blue Ridge. The community offers a pool, basketball & tennis courts, hiking trails and much more. Most roads in community are paved.

Please Note: The Coosawattee is a mountain community. Some roads and the driveway to the home are steep and should be considered when booking. If you have any questions/concerns, please send us a message.
