Astounding ocean views create magical memories in this spacious oceanfront beauty. Tastefully furnished with comfortable living areas, including an ocean-side sunroom, multiple decks offering sun and shade, and direct access to the beautiful beach.

This two-level home offers beds and baths on both floors, making this a great house for families to share or a large family to spread out in. The upper level boasts glorious ocean views from the living room with a large flatscreen TV, wet bar, and mini-fridge. Two of the four bedrooms include private baths, the first an ocean-side king bedroom with a flatscreen TV and deck access, the second a king bedroom with a flatscreen TV. The additional two bedrooms have access to a full hall bath and include a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twins.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom, which opens to the large living room and dining area, as well as the well-equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Capture the dolphins cruising the coast through the dining room’s wall of windows and relax in comfortable couches while watching a good movie on the large flatscreen TV. Dine alfresco in the evening on the spacious deck with lots of built-to-last chairs and tables.

Three bedrooms are located on the middle floor including a king bedroom with private bath and deck access, as well as a kid-friendly bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks and a TV, and a king bedroom also with TV. A convenient full hall bath is close by.

Days can be spent enjoying wave riding in the two provided kayaks (both with life vests), building sandcastles, or strolling on the beach listening to the gulls soaring overhead. A beautiful beach house perfect for your family vacation. Amenities include two large flatscreen TVs in living areas and all bedrooms, two refrigerators, a wet bar, ceiling fans in every room, and free WiFi.

Perfect Thanksgiving

After a rough year of losing our mom and our dad’s health declining, we wanted to find a place that the whole family could come under one roof and stay together. Everyone loved the house, it has plenty of room for 13 of us while giving everyone their own space. The decks over looking the ocean provided beautiful views ( day and night) which everyone loved. The kitchen and dining area was perfect, having us all at one table. The living room on the 2nd floor provided more than enough room for everyone to hang out and visit/watch the football games and watch a few movies together all with the incredible ocean backdrop. I am sure the house is amazing during the summer but it’s just what our family needed in the off season to be able to all be together for the week. I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted some bonding time with your family without constantly being on top of each other.

Beautiful location

Our family has been coming to Sandbridge every summer for over 15 years. We love the area, the laid-back atmosphere, and the beautiful beaches. This was our first time renting this particular vacation home. We arrived a little early and the owner was on-site overseeing cleaning and taking measurements to prepare for some upgrades. The owner was very pleasant and took some time to show us around the house. The house was very clean. The upper floor common room had modern, comfortable furnishings that were a highlight, and it was easy for us to connect our electronics to the large-screen TV there. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The washer and dryer worked well. There were kayaks and beach supplies like chairs and umbrellas available. I can't speak to their quality since we brought our own beach supplies. There is a downstairs outdoor shower stall which was great for washing the sand off before coming inside. The beach access is convenient. There were a few downsides, but nothing that ruined our vacation. This home is on stilts and you will need to climb at least one flight of stairs to get inside, which would be a consideration if you have older members of your party or anywho for whom climbing stairs would present a difficulty. The furnishings are up to date, but the home itself is a little dated. It lacks some of the modern amenities that we have experienced at similarly priced vacation homes like walk-in closets, walk-in showers, and jet/jacuzzi tubs. The kitchen was also not quite as well-stocked as other similarly-priced vacation homes, with a particularly curious relative lack of coffee mugs. There were also a few areas in disrepair, such as exposed carpet nails in one of the downstairs bedrooms leading into its bathroom. Also, the deck gate appeared to be hung incorrectly and someone had removed the screws from the lower hinge so that the gait would swing. This left a single hinge to hold the weight of the gate, which required the user to lift a portion of the not small weight of the wooden gate in order for it to swing. The upper balcony also had areas in need of repair, with nails and screws either sticking up or rusted off entirely. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen, so any food not placed in the refrigerator needed to be stored in a sealed container. The oddest thing to prepare for is that the house shakes at random times. One of our party members commented that sitting on the toilet when it happened felt like using the toilet in an airplane. It wasn't constant, but it is a little disconcerting when it happens. Overall, this is a very nice beach house. Like any rental house, and any house on the oceanfront, I'm sure it is a constant struggle to keep up with upgrades and repairs.

Plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and 6 kids ages 8 months to 14 years old. Not sure how you could park 7 cars, but 4 SUVs fit fine. Home is right next to public access, so get out early to get your spot if you don’t want to have to walk too far. Ocean front is great but views from lower deck are somewhat blocked due to the dunes/grasses but great views from the upper deck! 2 fridges are great with a big family and plenty of flat screen TVs. All in all you can’t go wrong!

Great Views

We had a great time at the house. We could watch the dolphins and the pelicans out the window or on the deck. Deck furniture was high quality. There was a good ice cream shop down the road as well. The house had everything we needed.
