A Beach Oasis is a family-friendly six-bedroom beach house offering a two-level floor plan, multiple living areas, a large and private in-ground pool, a dock for fishing and crabbing and access to the bay, and a short walk to the beach by way of the beach path directly across the street! This home is very comfortable as well as functional and works well for larger families or families to share.

The upper-level great room is open to the kitchen and dining area, with beautiful wood plank floors and lots of windows to let the light in. Two dining tables, countertop seating, and a well-equipped kitchen ensure pleasant mealtimes. Plush couches feel great to relax in and watch your favorite movie on the large wall-mounted LCD TV. A full hall bath offers easy access for everyone! Three king bedrooms (one is the main suite with a private full bath) and one kid-friendly bunk room with two twin/twin bunks!

The ground level packs in a game room with large screen TV, billiards table, foosball table, and dart game, as well as an extra table for card or board games! Just off the game room is a full-size refrigerator for extra food and beverage storage, and offers easy access for grabbing a cold drink and snack while pool side in the back yard! Two bedrooms (queen and a bunk room with twin/double). There is a full hall bath and laundry room, too.

Hours of fun in the in-ground pool, with plenty of lounge chairs, shady areas, a TV, and a dock for fishing and crabbing. Spend a few hours touring the many inlets and canals of beautiful Back Bay, and enjoy our splendid sunsets in the evening from the west-facing decks. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
