Neptune II offers brand-new upgrades for 2024 with touch-up painting throughout including the kitchen cabinets, new couches and a new side table on the third floor, new carpets/rugs on all three floors, and all-new dark stainless steel appliances and a new kitchen backsplash in the kitchen -- all providing many comforts and conveniences of home! Former upgrades in this immaculate condo have included updated living and dining room furniture, fresh paint, new cortex floors and carpeting, new landscaping, and decor throughout.

Big decks and ocean views abound at Neptune II. This large oceanfront home boasts three levels, conveniently equipped with a kitchenette on the ground floor, and with easy access to the in-ground pool. A beautiful screened porch allows you to enjoy the colorful sunsets over Back Bay. A large great room with hardwood flooring and cozy leather couches can accommodate large and multiple family gatherings! Neptune II is a great house for friends and family to enjoy. You'll have free WiFi, a stereo, foosball, and a swimming pool.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 9 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spring vacay

The home was nice and spacious and had beautiful views of the ocean but needed some upgrades to the back screened porch because the door was difficult to open but otherwise everything was great

Rental had some short comings!

TV was not setup, one DW heating element not working, one toaster not working, several room lamps not working, several screens were torn and one screen was missing and there were a lot of flies in the house. Vacasa Mgmt we’re good and sent TV techs to address problems. With this in mind if we had wives with us the house would have been poorly rated.

Great place but could use a little tlc

It was very nice and roomy, perfect for our needs. It was also clean. It could use a little touch up and attention to detail. There were broken blinds, peeling paint, and a tear in the sofa. Additionally on our last night, we realized the porch light did not work, which made navigating the outside steps difficult.

Beautiful home w/ amazing view

We had a wonderful time staying at Neptune II. The house layout was perfect for big families or multi family stays. Sand gets everywhere, but that is expected when at the beach!!
