Neptune II offers brand-new upgrades for 2024 with touch-up painting throughout including the kitchen cabinets, new couches and a new side table on the third floor, new carpets/rugs on all three floors, and all-new dark stainless steel appliances and a new kitchen backsplash in the kitchen -- all providing many comforts and conveniences of home! Former upgrades in this immaculate condo have included updated living and dining room furniture, fresh paint, new cortex floors and carpeting, new landscaping, and decor throughout.

Big decks and ocean views abound at Neptune II. This large oceanfront home boasts three levels, conveniently equipped with a kitchenette on the ground floor, and with easy access to the in-ground pool. A beautiful screened porch allows you to enjoy the colorful sunsets over Back Bay. A large great room with hardwood flooring and cozy leather couches can accommodate large and multiple family gatherings! Neptune II is a great house for friends and family to enjoy. You'll have free WiFi, a stereo, foosball, and a swimming pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice large house right in the beach

Property is in a great location. Ocean views and having the beach so close was nice. The kitchen is fully stocked they even have a crockpot, which wasn't in the listing but helped us feed a group of 17. The only thing missing was the ball for the foosball game.

Pool had no railing to get in and out of, showers/tubs had no mats and were very slippery for older people, but everything else was just as posted and listed. Plenty of room for our 10 person party. We did have an issue with mold on a shower curtain and they offered to come replace it but by that time we had cleaned it. One thing I didn't care for was the pool guys came twice while we were in the pool to clean it and pest control was spraying one day while there also.

Perfect location and beautiful house.

I booked the property to host a yoga retreat for 12 other women. The location was absolutely perfect. The property itself had a great layout for or needs-- including plenty of parking. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We'll certainly be back again!

Nice but...

Nice house, big kitchen area. Pretty views. Was disappointed in the lack of back yard. Didn't realize the pool was in the front. No sitting in the back area. The listing says private pool and deck. Sounds like in the back on the beach. What good is it in the front by the street. Also we had a lot of ants on counter. We didn't even leave out any food that wasn't covered, the ants were getting in the ziploc bag covering the cake. The foozeball table didn't even have any ball. Was useless.

Perfect for family retreat

Our group consisted of 6 family units for our annual vacation and this place was the best we’ve booked to date. The floor plan was perfect to keep younger children sleeping quietly while the adults enjoyed each other’s company on the deck and around the kitchen tables playing cards and games into the evening. The pool was wonderful, and beachfront location was perfect. We plan to return to this or a similar property in future years!

Nice beachfront house

We stayed at Neptune II in late March to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was a memorable experience. The best part? The house is right on the beach! We loved being able to step directly onto the sand, enjoy the ocean views from the house, and relax on the deck while listening to the waves.The house is spacious, with nine bedrooms spread over three floors. Most rooms have their own bathrooms, which was super convenient for our group. The kitchen and main living area are on the third floor, so be prepared for some stair climbing.When we arrived, we noticed the house wasn’t as clean as we had hoped—there was some dust, hair, and a few dead bugs. We contacted the property manager with photos, and they promptly sent a cleaner the next morning. After that, the place felt much better. It would have been nice if it had been spotless from the start, though.Overall, Neptune II is a great spot for large groups. The house has a bit of a dated feel, but it’s still comfortable and well-equipped. Despite the initial hiccup with cleanliness, we’d consider renting it again for its fantastic location and ample space.

This home was perfect

This home was so beautiful inside. Very well stocked. Great view of the ocean. Enough comfortable bedrooms for families. We loved this home. The staff was amazing. We got to speak with someone who cares for the property she was there completely an inspection before we arrived. She apologized for being there but we didn't mind we were early. She was a very funny lovely young lady. She joked with us, made us feel comfortable & gave us some advice on everything we asked. We were so happy with everything during our stay.

Beautiful home w/ amazing view

We had a wonderful time staying at Neptune II. The house layout was perfect for big families or multi family stays. Sand gets everywhere, but that is expected when at the beach!!

“The Ocean Was Angry That Day”

Hurricane/Tropical Storm Debbie put a damper on our vacation. Despite the weather the house was a perfect spot to view the ocean being angry. Half the week was great the other half was filled with watching the Olympics and playing board games. The house was great and you can’t beat the location. Even with the ocean mad we still could enjoy the pool. There truly is nothing better than listening to waves crashing and we certainly had our share! We had 5 families and twenty people and it was perfect. I would highly recommend Neptune II.

Frat house quality

Overpriced “cleaned up frat house“ with a swimming pool. Half of the things in the house were broken or didn’t work correctly. We spent the entire week with one dishwasher being broken and never being repaired until the day before we left. It was filled with dirty dishes from the prior tenant. Holes were punched in the walls. The bathroom upstairs only ran very hot water not any kind of cold in the faucet, one of the middle bathrooms, ran hot on one side and cold on the other.There wasn’t a trashcan in every room or every bathroom, the hose worked, but the sprayer did not work, making it impossible to clean your feet before coming in the house. The oven door handle fell off multiple times, a lot over half of the lightbulbs were out making us have to take a lightbulb to different rooms to have lights somewhere. This was reported and never fixed. Did not have enough sheets, put on the bed and had to wait an entire day for all of the sheets to arrive to the house. Reported the day we arrived: there was throw up on the wall next to the toilet, never resolved. Furniture and hooks to hang towels are lacking just some command hooks everywhere no rugs on the bathroom floors and not enough supplies in the kitchen no measuring cups or spoons. One nice thing is that cabinets were labeled and location was nice except beach access was difficult as there’s no path leading from the pool area to the beach, making us have to drag all of our beach items through the house to get out to the back deck, wagons, and chairs. There’s a ton of sand in the house as there’s no place to rinse off.

Positively beautiful view, excellent location, layout great. Bathrooms and Kitchen were clean and well maintained. Some suggestions: put a handrail at pool steps, vents,especially on wall in living room were filthy. Outside windows covered with bugs. Beach chairs and umbrella were all broken. For some reason hot water came out of both faucets in both masters. Minor changes would really enhance one’s stay but otherwise an enjoyable week.

Great location

Neptune II was a wonderful place to celebrate a family reunion and grandmothers 80th birthday. Plenty of space and places to sit. And what a view! I’m giving 4 stars because it does need some TLC throughout. The house slept 20 but only had 2 beach chairs. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice to have more.

It’s serviceable

You can’t beat beach front, and the house has a good amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Overall though it’s pretty rundown and tired. There’s a reason it costs less than comparable properties. It’s not bad enough that we wouldn’t book it again, but certainly not at a higher price. The house won’t ruin your vacation, it just isn’t at the level you’d expect. Be prepared to make do, but again… beach front!! Tip: we ran our own hose around the side of the house to wash off sand from beach feet… otherwise you are tracking directly into downstairs living room. Also brought our own umbrella to attach to pool chair.

Great place but could use a little tlc

It was very nice and roomy, perfect for our needs. It was also clean. It could use a little touch up and attention to detail. There were broken blinds, peeling paint, and a tear in the sofa. Additionally on our last night, we realized the porch light did not work, which made navigating the outside steps difficult.
