This spectacular property offers three levels of freshly painted living space and nine bedrooms - all with new carpeting and eight with private baths. The elevator is a great addition to help you move around this large home, so bringing in your luggage and groceries is just as easy as can be.

The spacious first level has five bedrooms, each a king suite with a private bath. An ocean-facing bedroom includes access to the deck, where you can take in the beautiful ocean view and breeze. For added convenience, there's also a gathering area and a wet bar for additional beverage storage. Enjoy access to the pool, hot tub, and pool cabana too. Set up a game of pool in the game room, which is great for cooling off after spending time outside on the decks and at the beach.

The second floor features an open layout with expansive views of the ocean across the entire east wall. The dining area can accommodate all of your guests and the kitchen is well prepared to handle a group, offering two ovens, two refrigerators, a microwave, a Keurig, plus all the utensils, cookware, and gadgets you need to make a memorable meal. The beautiful flooring is matched by the stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite counters, and the plush decor in the living area is a fantastic frame for your vacation memories. Your family and friends can relax in comfortable seating while watching a game or movie on the large TV and feeling the warmth of the electric fireplace. And they'll enjoy easy access to the huge ocean deck that spans the rear of the home. Hours of sunshine and shade are yours to enjoy while watching the dolphins and pelicans play. The three bedrooms located on this level are suites, with private baths for convenience.

The third floor finishes this incredible property with a theater room as well as a king bedroom, and a bath accessible to both. Ending your day in the privacy of your very own movie theater is sure to be a highlight of your stay. You'll have TVs throughout, plus complimentary WiFi, a private pool, a hot tub, a pool cabana, a theater room, a game room with a pool table, an elevator, and a gas grill.

Things to Know

The electric fireplace is only for off-season use from October to May.

The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
