The Sea Suite has always been a dream of ours. It is our luxury coastal themed second home which we have decided to share with families who will treat it like their own. Our goal is to provide you with a luxury experience at an affordable price. A lot of time and effort went in to the big and small details so that our guests have the very best experience and leave with lifelong memories. We hope you fall in love with it as we have.

We pride ourselves on offering a very comfortable stay with high quality furniture and extremely fast and open communication with our guests.

About the Prominence Neighborhood and sought after Location:
Sea Suite is in the charming neighborhood of Prominence. You will find Prominence nestled right in the heart of 30a with easy access to a host of outdoor activities on the coastal dune lakes, state parks, and of course the emerald coast beaches. Sea Suite is directly across the street from The Big Chill (formerly The Hub) which has several restaurants, shopping, live music, family events and game day viewing on their big amphitheater screen. You will find yourself a short bike ride or drive from Florida's most picturesque towns of Rosemary, Alys, Seaside, and Watercolor. 2 resort style pools (Heated in March and April. Inquire about other heated dates) are among the favorite amenities offered to all guests staying in the Prominence neighborhood.

High End Coastal Decor and Comfort Await You:
The house itself was professionally furnished to deliver the luxury inspired, coastal getaway you deserve. Our Sea Suite unit backs up to Deer Lake state park so you can enjoy your privacy and peaceful views from the patio. The walls are also built to be sound resistant to offer privacy from any neighbors. We have spent a lot of time here and never know our neighbors are home. Our home sleeps 6 people with a master suite with a king sized bed and 2 guest rooms with queen sized beds. When you are not sleeping, you will find a completely upgraded kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, gas range, dishwasher, ninja coffee pot) fully stocked with the necessity cookware & utensils.

Unplug, turn off your alarms, and wake up to the sunshine. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the Ninja coffee maker while you soak in the fresh air on the patio facing Deer Lake State Park. Hop on rental bikes or a rented golf cart and coast down 30a to Charlie's Donut Truck or Beachy Bean Coffee Co while admiring the charm and character of each individual neighborhood. Choose one of the half dozen closest public beach accesses or visit a state park. Enjoy laying out on our provided favorite beach chairs. If you're feeling competitive, make sure to bring out corn hole or spike ball or the kickball. Various children's beach toys provided as well.

When you have soaked in your vitamin 'sea', take a stop at 1 of the 2 resort style pools and fitness room or head up to the master bath and use the waterfall shower, then make your way to the most comfortable sectional couch which is perfect for midday napping, but don't forget to show the over sized rocking chairs some love too.

In each room is a smart enabled TV which is logged into Hulu, Disney +, ESPN + , and Roku TV. Under the living room TV is a Bose sound bar for a cinematic experience.

When ready for dinner, we made sure to fully stock the kitchen with any kitchenware you would need down to the thermometer, food scale and selection of barware glasses. Fire up the gas range, or head back to the pool area for the grills. Grab a wine glass, top it off and call dibs on your spot at the dining table which is large enough to seat your whole family of 6 with 3 additional bar stools too. You're on vacation so make use of the dishwasher.

Play one of our card games, talk about your next days adventures, call it a night and get ready for another day in paradise.

Rent paddle boards and go on a sunrise paddle boarding trip, plan a beach bonfire while you watch sunset or select from many of our recommendations listed in our welcome book. - Very well taken care of Property - this is our 2nd home that we use often and want to share with other families
- Quiet. The TriPlex building is built with privacy and quietness in mind. Walls are situated to be very sound proof.
- Adequate linens are provided
- 3 parking spots available at the home (2 in driveway and 1 in garage), with access to additional overnight parking at the pool on first come first serve basis.
- High speed Wifi is included (work from home, gaming, and video meetings are easily accommodated)
- Mesh wifi for faster speeds and full house coverage
- Shark vacuum and shopvac provided so you can leave the sand at the beach
- Luxury Quality beds and furniture are provided to ensure maximum comfort
- Ring door bell is situated at the front entry way door and above the garage overlooking the driveway for security monitoring in between guest reservations

- 6+ Beach chairs, 1 umbrella, kids floats and beach toys available to use
