The spacious layout includes a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a guest bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed and trundle, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 10 guests. With a washer and dryer, and convenient parking for two vehicles, this townhome ensures a comfortable stay. Families will love the fantastic amenities Prominence has to offer. The 5,000 sq. ft. pool includes a zero-entry feature, seasonally heated sections, cabanas, a bathhouse, and shaded relaxation areas with hammocks. Outdoor dining pavilions, grills, and fireplaces add to the fun. The beach is easily accessible by bike, and Prominence has a dedicated golf cart vendor for easy transportation. Nearby attractions include Deer Lake State Park and its beautiful boardwalk, perfect for picnicking, swimming, and fishing. Prominenceâs prime location offers easy access to local dining, shopping, and entertainment, making it the ideal spot for a peaceful beach getaway.
This townhome is sure to give you the perfect peaceful beach vacation! Only a short drive from the beach access, this community is also near Deer Lake State Park which boasts a boardwalk across the dunes that offers easy access to the beach where visitors can picnic, swim and fish. It also offers a spectacular view of the dune ecosystem, one of 11 natural communities found in the park! While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a parking area at the access (approx. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses.

âThe Big Chillâ is the community center for Prominence and is only a quick 5 minute walk from your condo. The The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.
Prominence is located just east of Seagrove and west of Watersound and Eastern Lake. Seaside and Rosemary are a short car ride away in either direction.
Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous, There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
