Profitez de tout ce que cette belle région a à offrir dans le confort et le style de "Beach Cruiser", notre tout nouveau bâtiment ensoleillé et élégant de 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, à deux étages, juste à côté de 30 à Inlet Beach, en Floride (à côté de Watersound Beach , Près de Alys Beach, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach et Seaside).

"Beach Cruiser" est situé dans Prominence North en face de The HUB, une hanche et un endroit animé pour manger et se divertir. Profitez de films en plein air sur grand écran, de musique en direct et de plats délicieux. Google "Hub 30a" pour un calendrier des événements en cours.

Votre maison de vacances est idéalement située en face des plages verdoyantes et sablées de sable blanc de Deer Lake State Beach. Louez des vélos et rendez-vous à la plage ou profitez d'un service de navette gratuit entre Prominence North et les plages du 30a, du Memorial Day à la Fête du Travail, de 9h à 15h. Beach Kruzer Family Vacay

Spent five lovely days at Beach Kruzer for spring break. The weather was perfect. You can not ask for a better location - across from The Big Chill and with an amazing resort style pool. Thanks to the golf cart and the bikes, we barely used our car while there. The house has everything you could ask for. And the beach was a quick ride away.

Excellent location, excellent host.

Great property for great times. We stayed 5 nights with our 3 & 5 year old. Place was very clean with all the extras. Board games, bikes, beach toys, oh my! Location was perfect as sit central to several different beaches. Check in process was seamless. Quick responses and communication throughout. Would definitely book again!

Awesome House!

Perfect location in Watersound Beach. Great neighborhood. Golf cart makes the whole package unbeatable! Very clean house. Great room setup.

Comfort and convenience.

We enjoyed the property-clean, great location and quiet neighborhood. We would have liked to have more comfortable chairs out on patio -to read and drink our coffee, etc. But with that being only complaint-was definitely a great place to stay!!

Great vacation home!

We had a wonderful family vacation and the home was a perfect place to stay. Everything was clean and beautiful for us. The golf cart worked great for getting to/from the beach and even just driving around the community was a blast for our five-year-old. There were tons of games available and we enjoyed several of them. The kitchen was well stocked and the pantry had quite a few options for spices and seasonings as well. I would recommend this home to anyone and will see if it is available next time we visit!

This house has it all: bikes, golf cart, new beach chairs, umbrella…everything. It was clean and well organized. We enjoyed it and will stay here again!

Simply Amazing

Amazing!!! The condo was beautiful and had everything you could ever need. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were well appointed and the community is fantastic! Jeanne was a dream to work with. Highly recommend staying here…you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful Time at the Beach Cruzer!

Our family of 4 had a great time at the Beach Cruzer. Great location (close to the pool) and very close to the Big Chill which we enjoyed. Also, really close to the beach which was gorgeous. A beautiful, clean home stacked with all of the extras (beach cruiser bikes, golf cart, beach gear, towels) to make our stay fun. Lots of games for the kids to play. Communication from booking to check out was really streamlined and photos from the listing were spot on. Great experience. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

Great Trip

We had a great trip! The house is great and so convenient to everything! You can rent bikes across the street and be off on your adventure! The owners provide everything you need for the pool and the beach from towels to chairs to beach games! They also have a supply of board games to play which were great fun in the evenings!

Amazing trip for the family!

We had the best time staying here. The house was beautiful, extremely tidy and clean. The neighbors and everyone in the neighborhood were very friendly. The beach wasn't far away at all. The Hub was a fun little area to hangout and eat at. We're already talking about making this an annual trip. Thank you for everything!

Perfect Spot!

We loved this property and would recommend it to anyone. Very clean, close to the pool, across the street from the HUB, short bike to the beach...just perfect. Jeanne was great to work with leading up to our stay, and then everyone at 30A Beach Girls took great care of us all week. Great personal touch all around. Highly recommend!

Great place!

Super clean, comfortable house in a good location ... definitely hope to return as soon as possible! The only bad experience, which had nothing to do with the property itself, was golf cart rental from Live Well 30A across the road—avoid! Thanks Jeanne for providing a wonderful place for a family vacation!

Perfect in every way! CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN

This townhouse was like two vacations in one. The beach is so close and then you get access to The Hub. It is an adorable little area to enjoy live music, ice cream and a beautiful pool. I will come back to the area and definitely this townhouse because it was so well decorated, had the most beautiful kitchen and was so clean.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful trip! Jeanne the owner was lovely to work with. We were in contact with the property manager and she was great to work with as well. The home is even lovelier than the photos. We had one full rainy day and after a bit exploring, it was great to just hang out at the house. We will definitely be back:)

Great for our family, loved Golf Cart and Location!

This was our 4th time to 30A, this location felt like it was in the middle, giving plenty of options to the different beach towns. Having a 9yr and 11 yr old, they were obsessed with going across to the Big Chill on the golf cart, which was great! The first day we had no internet due to storms, but one rokm was stocked with board games which was perfect. We had 2 beach options to take the golf cart to and the garage has almost everything you could need for beach set up: chairs, umbrella, toys, wagon, ice cooler. Etc.beds were very comfort, kitchen set up was decent. Some feedback: needs more forks (i wonder if a previous tenant took some, only 6 forks), dryer take 2 cycles to get clothes dry and some ice cooler packs in the freeze would have been helpful. But really, these are minor, great place!

Exceptional experience

The entire process of reserving and staying at this location was as easy and breezy as the fabulous Emerald Coast. Jeanne provided beach towels and beach chairs which enhanced our stay because we were arriving from several states and we didn't have to worry about carrying or purchasing these items. This property is definitely a "5" star property! Many thanks to Jeanne and Kristina!!!

Great stay with family and kids

It was great from the time I booked. Clear communication from the owner made it easy to know what to expect. She was also beyond helpful with any questions I had. Beds were very comfortable and the place was really clean. We had family in another condo and this was the better one for sure. We loved the golf cart, avoiding having to drive to many places. We had a great dinner at Surfing Deer and incredible food at Goatfeathers. The beach was so clear, the family had a blast. I had high expectations going into it based on the other reviews and they were certainly met. Would 10/10 stay here again and recommend to anyone going to the area.

The BEST ending to Summer

My family of 4 stayed at the Beach Kruzer to end our Summer Break. We have two little boys 4 and 7. We had the best time! The house is located so close to the pool you can walk! We loved night swimming! The house was so accommodating! We loved all the board games to play and I loved the book collection! The kitchen is all labeled so easy to find anything you are looking for! The golf cart was very easy to use and we cruised all over 30A! I loved how we were not in the middle of a crowd at Seaside but so close on the golf cart! The Big Chill across the street was awesome! We loved that there was something for everyone! Great food and drinks! We found a public beach so close to the house! It was easy to drive the golf cart and easy walk for my family and not crowded! The host was so easy to contact for any questions we had and super friendly! We would definitely stay here again!!

Everything you need for a big, young family!

Our family of 6 had the best time at Beach Kruza! The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we could've imagined. It's literally across the street from the Hub and just down from Seagrove and Seaside. The private beach nearby is awesome, and the other beach that you can take the shuttle to is super nice as well. The community is great. The pool is perfect for families. Grilling at the pool was easy and no big deal. My 4 kids are young, ages 4-8, and this house was perfect for them. Beware, it's very light colored - lots of white decor, so just put that up when you get there, and you should be all good! All of the furniture can be wiped down, and the floors are easy to keep clean. Jeanne is so nice and extremely helpful. This was our 3rd vacation to Florida with the kids, and we all can't wait to come back! 5 stars for sure.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

My sister and I planned a vacation to take her 15 month old son to the beach for the first time. We wanted something close to the beach and happened upon this property. The pictures, which are gorgeous, don't do this property justice. It's really beautiful and the families at the pool area are all so welcoming and friendly. The real thing that made our stay all that much better was Jeanne....I don't even know where to begin, she is the most hospitable person in the whole world. She has her condo setup so that all you need is food and your clothes. Seriously, she has everything...Beach chairs, toys for the beach, towels, dish soap, laundry soap, games, magazines, soap and q-tips (things you might forget when packing). Not only did she make sure we had all the comforts of home, she informed us of fun things locally to do and where the closest beaches were. I cannot say enough about how unbelievably hospitalble Jeanne is. You won't regret booking with her and staying at her condo we will definitely be back next year to stay here!! Our trip was absolutely fantastic!!!!

Beach Kruzer

Just had a wonderful stay at Beach Kruzer! First trip to 30A and we felt the location of Prominence is great for first time visitors. The location of Prominence is an easy bike ride to either Alys / Rosemary or West to Seaside / Watercolor. The Big Chill across the street from the condo was easy access and always something happening that appealed to all ages. Food options were somewhat limited at Big Chill but good for a quick bite or ice cream. There are some cute shops there as well. Prominence is great because of the easy pool access and proximity to the beach. Although a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the sand at Deer Lake State Park, it’s worth the walk. Note to people that there is not a lifeguard and the lots isn’t big, but we didn’t have any trouble this week finding a spot to park. Things to note if a first timer - the beach flags are something to note. The water isn’t always swimmable. For 4 of the 7 days we’re visited the flag was red, so we couldn’t swim due to rip currents. Water is a bit cool still so it was fine and we had pool access, but this is something to note before you go so you aren’t disappointed. Beach Kruzer is a great condo. Comfy beds, clean, well equipped with kitchen items. Owner was VERY responsive as was the property mgmt company. I would recommend this condo to anyone who needs accommodation for 6. There were 4 of us and the condo was perfect but we could have had 2 more stay without an issue. Thank you!!! We will be back!

Great place to stay

House was clean and had plenty of everything needed including extras like beach gear and cooking supplies. Great location and it was convenient being across from the Big Chill. The pool was a nice spot to hang out in between activities. We would definitely stay again if we came back to the area.
