Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:

Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed.

Deer Lake State Park:
Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (aprox. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.

Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence.

These carts are registered with the Association by 30A Gulf Carts and will be identifiable. 30A Gulf Carts will also provide a list of these carts to the HOA and security.

Carts cannot be rented short term from any other provider. Security will turn away other vendors attempting to drop off short term rental carts in the community, and if other short term rentals are found, these are subject to fines and/or towing.

Loved this rental! Great location :-)
This is one of the best located condos in the community. We were steps away from the pool making coming and going for lunch or a break from the sun very convenient without the need for a golf cart. We were also an extremely short walk, just across the street from the big chill which my kids loved! There was plenty of space for my family ( 2 adults and 2 kids) and we could have had several more people or even another small family comfortably. This year spring break was crazy in seaside especially but we were largely unaffected by this in our location and still were able to get to and from the beach when we chose to go. We loved this rental and would stay here again!! If I had one suggestion- it would be to address some small cosmetic upkeep items in order to maintain a high end feel. This is probably difficult with the high number of renters and it didn’t impact our stay but we did notice them and will be happy to provide feedback should the owners reach out.

Wonderful Property & Location
Stayed here for a week over spring break and was very happy with the location, cleanliness and layout of the house. It was great to be right by the pool and we didn't hear any "pool noise" which was nice. I was pleasantly suprised to find laminate flooring upstairs instead of carpeting as pictured in the listing photos. We enjoyed the free bikes and beach chairs although I would have liked to see the bike contract provided in advance so that we didn't have to wait several hours for a text back from the property owner to be able to unlock them. Also just wanted to mention that Amazon is unable to deliver to this house. The property manager was kind enough to have a much-needed item delivered to their office and then they dropped it at the house for us which was very much appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Pool side paradise
Check in was super easy after receiving key code. Perfect for a family mini getaway. Steps away from one of the gorgeous prominence 30A pools. It was nice to receive up dates on exiting procedure and other things during stay. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Only dislike was the stairs make a lot of noise when waking on them and carpet could use a deep clean upstairs. Other than that it really was perfect 5 stars. Would rent this unit again for location.

Great Stay
Overall love the property! Love the layout, decor and accessibility to the pool. Only improvements I could add is a new dryer and additional household items (trash bags, toliet paper and paper towels). It takes awhile to dry items in the dryer. We stayed for 6 days and the products don't last quite that long. Other than that it is was a great stay!

Great stay
Great stay and great communication with owner. I would suggest getting new beach chairs as the ones at the property were ripped prob from prior use. We couldn’t use them. We enjoyed it very much and thankful for a great time. I would recommend this property to friends.
