Spanning over 1,700 square feet, this two-story vacation home invites you to stretch out and unwind with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. South Walton is home to some of the best dining, but you’ll have A New Sunrise’s gourmet kitchen at your fingertips when you want to whip up a meal. It’s a chef’s dream, designed with granite countertops, upgraded stainless-steel appliances, a five-burner gas stovetop and a large kitchen island. Large windows line the living room for plenty of natural light. Sit back and relax while your favorite movie plays on the Smart TV. French doors open out to the private, fully furnished deck. Relax outside in the mornings with a fresh cup of coffee as the birds sing their songs through the trees.

Head upstairs to discover three spacious bedrooms designed for comfort with plush bedding, roomy closets and windows to let in the sunshine. You’ll love the spa-style walk-in shower in the ensuite primary bathroom. An in-house washer and dryer make it easy to refresh your clothing, so you can save a little packing space in your luggage for memorable souvenirs.

When you stay at A New Sunrise, you can take advantage of Prominence North’s fantastic amenities, including a resort-style pool with poolside cabanas and lounge chairs, poolside gas grill and a fitness center. This vacation home provides you with a golf cart ($150 per week fee Jan.–Feb.) and four adult bikes to explore 30A. The listing is misleading. Please beware the golf cart is not included in this listing. It does cost extra if it is even available. Very poor communication with the southern rental company. Love the property, but will not use this rental company again.

Felt Like My Home Away From Home!

My group & I absolutely loved our stay at Prominence 299B! We are repeat guests to this complex and this one of the best units we have ever stayed in! The property is very well cared for, the clean was perfect, kitchen was fully stocked with all the basic cooking tools we needed, plus the location of being right next to the Hub with the small shops & restaurants cannot be beat! The unit came with bikes AND a golf cart so it made it super-duper easy to get to either beach access closest to us. The check-in process was also seamless & the property manager was super responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone coming to 30A!

Don't Book for the Golf Cart

This was our third year staying in Prominence but first for this unit. Overall, everything was fine. The floors do need a serious cleaning, but it's understandable why they would be dirty at a beach house. The mattress in the master bedroom is very lumpy and seems to be pretty worn out, but we still slept fine. I would have left a 5 star review despite any minor issues if it wasn't for the golf cart. First, the listing states that there is a golf cart and the photos have it worded as if it's included with the unit. It wasn't until the week prior to our trip that I was told that there was actually an additional fee to access the golf cart. It was a small fee, so I paid it and didn't think much of it. Unfortunately, the golf cart is in very poor shape. My husband said his guess would be that it has a bent axle based on how it drives. We informed the management company ASAP when we first drove it to alert them of the issue. They were nice and responsive and got someone out within 2 days to look at it, but the only update we got was from the vendor who had to add a bolt to it and made the comment that "it might just be how it is" regarding how it drives. The back metal part that holds the license plate was also broken and loose, and you could see where it had been welded as a repair. To pay what we did for a unit with a golf cart only to not get a replacement or a partial refund for one in such disrepair was disappointing.

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice place with all the amenities. Location was perfect. The golf cart is awesome and makes getting around so much more convenient
