Rental notes: The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be staying at the house with their party for the entire stay and must be willing to sign the Legal Rental Agreement. Also anyone in the party that wants to drive the LSV (low speed vehicle) must be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo of their valid drivers license, up to date auto insurance card and email addresses. Hi my name is Wendy Ross and I am the original Owner of SandPearl 30A. I reside most of the year in Kennebunk, Maine. I visited 30A in November 2018 and fell in love with the area especially the natural beauty, white sandy beaches and the beautiful gulf waters.
I own a Day Spa in Maine and prior to that I worked in the hospitality industry for Starwood Hotels including Sheraton and Westin. When choosing the decor for SandPearl 30A, I incorporated spa touches and coloring to give my townhome a feeling of rest, relaxation and renewal.
My favorite things to do when visiting 30a are getting lots of fresh air, walking on the beach and trying some new cuisine. I also love to visit some of the natural wonders of 30A including Deer Lake State Park and Grayton Beach State Park.
Knowing how hectic life can be, I understand the need to get away, relax, refresh and spend time with loved ones. I have tried to include rental offerings of things I would like if I were a guest, including a kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils, comfy beds (Kasper mattresses!), fine linens and towels, 5 beach cruiser bikes and a brand new 6-person lithium powered golf cart.
My spa slogan is "Relax your cares away..." and hopefully you will be able to do just that during your visit! Relax, Refresh and Renew at SandPearl 30A!

We are an upscale rental with all the extras. Prominence is a family oriented community. Each unit has a private entrance. The Hub is directly across the street and is a favorite for families.
