Incroyable maison de vacances de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir 8 personnes dans une communauté de style complexe à Seacrest Beach. Cette maison joliment décorée a accÚs à une immense piscine communautaire et est située au centre sur 30A et en face du Hub. AccÚs facile à la magnifique piste cyclable de 30A, il est facile d'aller profiter des restaurants, de la vie nocturne, des boutiques pittoresques et de la culture locale à Rosemary ou Seaside. Le porche arriÚre semble avoir été conçu pour se détendre et profiter d'une tasse de café tout en planifiant votre journée. Profitez de cette grande maison pour vos prochaines vacances!

La disposition de la maison est ouverte et accueillante et les hautes fenĂȘtres vous permettent de profiter de la chaleur du soleil de Floride. Le salon commun ouvert est situĂ© au premier Ă©tage et les chambres au deuxiĂšme. Perfect Location

Close to many of the 30A beaches. The pool was fantastic. The HUB was a great nearby location to eat, shop and hang out.

Great Location

We loved everything about this location and property. The one drawback was the golf cart rental. You can only use the one specified by the Homeowners Assocation which appeared to be more expensive than other rentals.

Family Vacation

We normally stay in Water Color, but decided to go further down this year. We absolutely loved the location, traffic was better, The Hub was great and the neighborhood was full of kids riding bikes. It was safe, convenient, the pool was a great amenity as well. The property manager reached out several times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Several beach options to chose from, Deer Lake is not very crowded or Santa Clara if you want more going on. We had an amazing trip and will definitely be back to this property. Highly recommend

Great neighborhood

Overall good place. Great location and house. Just a little disappointed in the overall cleanliness. The floors left our feet black from showering ar night and going to bed after hanging out inside. Also did not like that twice two workers stopped by unannounced. I think a heads up would be nice. But beautiful, big home. Would stay in that neighborhood again.

Great stay clean, had a leak from the ceiling and they came out about 4 hours later, and housekeeping didn't report the back door was broken and was open when we got there. Great Rental

The rental was perfect for our family of four with plenty of space for the kids to run around to escape the heat & stocked with pretty much everything you could need. The location is perfect with access a variety of beaches, there is a tram that will take you to the beach, but we just biked & was the closest one was within a few minutes (with kids in tow). Two downfalls - the back deck is not covered, not a big deal, but in the day time it was pretty hot but great in the evening. The pool, it was filthy, the last couple of days we were there our kids would not get in it, the water was beyond murky & overall just gross. We have been coming down for years & have stayed in multiple neighborhoods & have never seen anything like that.

Most things as expected.

This property is just as listed and was very clean. The location is perfect, and the neighborhood is relaxing. The location next to the HUB is ideal for a fun lunch/dinner. There were a few minor things that were available at another rental in the same neighborhood we'd previously stayed that were not in this one which would lead us to book at the other property next time. Laundry baskets, beach chairs, and toys, more than 1 trash bag for the week, ect. A big thing that was missing was the use of the garage. This made carrying all our bags from home, the store, our beach cooler at the end of the day all the way around inconvenient as well as having to leave our vehicle in the drive. If we didn't have all of these 'extras' at no cost at a different rental in Nov then it wouldn't have been that big of a deal, but not that we have experienced the difference we know to ask very specific questions before completing the booking.

Great property - perfect for our family

Our July 2024 stay was great. The property is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. It has a great balcony off the living room with privacy due to the trees. The furniture is well appointed and family friendly - comfortable, stylish and modern. There are a lot of properties in this neighborhood but it does not feel crowded at all. The pool is great but it closes at 9 pm which seems a little early. The whole 30A area shuts down around that time. The only drawback is there is no direct beach access. There are three public beaches nearby - we tried them all - Inlet, Deer Creek and Grayton. Overall, we found Grayton to be the best in terms of amenities and short walkover distance. It is the furthest away, on the West side of Seaside/Watercolor. Inlet is on the East side of Rosemary Beach and tends to get crowded. Deer Park was not crowded at all, but it has few amenities and about 700 yard walk from the parking lot to the beach. It’s not too far to actually walk to from the property if you don’t have a lot of gear - approximately one mile from the neighborhood. Speaking of gear, the property description doesn’t mention it, but the property does come with an array of beach chairs, umbrellas and water toys. We had a little trouble with checkin - the code wasn’t working. The property manager fixed it immediately after a single phone call - great customer service!

Family Vacation Summer 2024

Overall this property is great. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We were pleased with our accommodations with a few exceptions. The trundle bed is very uncomfortable. Thankfully we brought an air mattress for our 16 year old. Unlike many other units on the property, this unit did not come with any bikes or a golf cart. The beach is walkable, but very inconvenient for a walk. We walked to the state park beach the first day, but my oldest son and I walked back and got the cars to come back and get the rest of our group at the end of the day. We drove 3.5 miles away to another beach the rest of our trip. We never saw the shuttle from the property the entire time we were there If you are looking for easy/quick access to the beach, this is not the place to stay. Bikes and/or a large golf cart would be great, but bikes are $70/wk and a golf cart would cost you over $1500/wk. I booked this place for the pool and we never used it. It gets really crowded, but it is nice. The grills at the pool were just okay. I needed to use the fitness center because I'm training for something later in the summer, but while we were there they took all the equipment out of the fitness center and it was closed for the remainder of our trip. That was a bummer. I ended up having to run on the path in the heat of the day and not able to lift weights while there. Overall, we loved our stay. Most of the beds were very comfortable. The place is very nice...just be aware of where it is.

First time in this area. Very pretty and quaint. Quiet and family oriented at most places. Beach access is limited if you are not on the beach. It’s a big biking community, not so much golf carts. Pool was great with community grill offered in the pool area.

Our condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and very comfortable for our party of 7. It really felt like home during our week there. This location was very quiet despite being there during such a busy time of the year. We enjoyed the pool very much. We did not use the shuttle but were able to find nearby beach access and parking for our vehicle every day (we preferred to get to the beach very early in the mornings before 8am before it got too hot!). The host/management company contacted me via text for updates. They were very easily accessible and were able to immediately help me get an updated code to our unit when the one we were give via email didn't work upon arrival. Definitely accommodating, I would book this condo again and would highly recommended it to friends and family.

The condo was super cute with a great back porch area. Plenty of books and games and a couple of beach chairs was a wonderful addition. The kitchen had everything we needed. The swimming pool was nice with gas grills and a splash area for babies and toddlers. Right across the street is a really fun are called The Hub with several quick order restaurants, cute shops, bike rentals, and a DJ who plays classic hits. The only two things that we wished were better was the public beach access and the cell phone signal. We are ATT and have a hard time getting good signal. The beach access stated on the instructions had no public parking nearby and was not a walkable distance, so we ended up having to drive to Alys Beach area to find a public access point (about 10 minutes). Over all we had a really great experience here!

You get what you pay for

Clean, spacious and modern. Comfy beds, great shower! About 2 blocks from pool. Not far at all. Propane grills were helpful and pool was nice and big. Not much privacy in living room—no curtain or drapes on main living room door or patio doors. Neighbors can see your every move. All bedrooms are upstairs! (Don’t overlook like we did). The HUB is overrated and overpriced. Food is not all that. Bruno’s pizza is awesome!(order online and it’s very close by. Don’t let price scare you! It’s New York size pizza). Wish unit had golf cart and bikes to make travel easier. Downstairs is very cool but upstairs is not that cool (fans help a lot). Modern tv’s - kids hooked up ps4 to living room tv and kid room tv. Closest Walmart is 27 min away. Keep that in mind. Didn’t use beach accesses so can’t speak much on that. Would consider staying here again.
