The ground floor also houses the main bathroom with shower and a bedroom equipped with 2 single beds, capable of also forming a king size bed on request. Up the stairs you will find the large master bedroom with ensuite and additional living space with sofa and TV. This room also enjoys excellent views across the surround landscape.

Guest Access:
There is a lock box at the door with keys to allow contactless entry to the property at your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located at the bottom of Brassknocker Hill, approximately a 5 minute drive into the Central of Bath. There is also a bus stop adjacent to the car park if you wish to jump on one of the regular buses into town. Across the road form the house is the Bath & Dundas Canal Centre where you can hire bikes and Kayaks to explore done the canal into Bath or the surrounding area.

Getting Around:
With 2 allocated parking spots on site, you are welcome to bring your car and explore the area. Equally there is a bus stop outside the door to get you into town and beyond. If pedal power is more your thing then walk across the road to hire a bike and enjoy a cycle along the tow path up and down the canal.
