This is a light and airy apartment, located within a complex nestled right next to the famous award winning Pembroke Patisserie, perfect for a morning coffee and sweet treat.
If you choose not to cook in the fully equipped kitchen, there is The Albie restaurant, bar and fish and chip shop onsite, as well as a grocery store to stock up for your daily excursions.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two king singles that (on request), can be placed together to create a super king bed.
Centered in between the bedrooms is a beautiful contemporary bathroom with a separate toilet found downstairs.
Outside is a protected, private patio where a drink in the sun can be enjoyed before heading out to sample some of Wanaka’s great restaurants, or alternatively, on a Winters evening, there is a gas fire to cosy up to after a day skiing.

The unit has a dedicated carpark. Taxis and shuttles are available in the area.
The property is professionally cleaned after each client and all linen is hired from a commercial laundry to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Linen is included in the cleaning fee.
Guests should comply with the parking requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighbourhood.
