The Space:
Enjoy your holiday just 5 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of busy Wanaka. Everything you need for the perfect holiday is right here in a quiet relaxed atmosphere! Perfectly located close to numerous walking and biking tracks along the Clutha river and right next to the Albert Town hub of Pembroke Patisserie, The Albie Pub, Four Square supermarket and Henry’s Liquor. Wanaka is a short drive, 20 minute bike ride or $25 taxi fare.

The first floor has an open style lounge featuring comfortable furnishings, a large flat screen Smart tv with Freeview, gas fire and heatpump/air conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for holiday cooking. There is a small powder room/toilet near the entrance. Laundry facilities feature a combined washer/drier and laundry sink tucked away in a cupboard off the lounge.

The lounge opens up to a private outdoor area with a hot tub, sitting area and bbq. Here you will also find a locked storage area for skis, boards and bikes with gated access along the side of the building.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. A heatpump/air conditioning unit has been installed upstairs. The larger room as a king bed and the second room features two long singles which can zip up to form a king on request. Beds are new and high quality. We have installed an air conditioner upstairs for additional comfort in summer months.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
This stunning property has 1 full bathroom and a guest toilet. There are 2 bedrooms as follows:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: 2 King singles. Our flexible bed configuration allows for the option to have either single beds or a king-sized bed upon request, with a fee applicable for this customization.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
